We have been staying in this condo for several years. We began when it was first updated. While it is nice the furniture is beginning to need updates as the pillows were picked and you could see the couches need cleaned as they are a light color. The location however is great and we love staying at the marlin quay.

Condo was great! Enjoyed the WiFi. Very clean-just needs some clothes hangars and a cutting board for the counter. Kitchen very well equipped.

As always, Marlin Quay provides the best of all worlds. I have stayed at multiple Marlin Quay units and I found 104 to be the most comfy. The unit needs some "deeper" cleaning (i.e. dusting and crumbs in the sofas and chairs) and some WD-40 on the glass front door, BIG time on the sliding screen door and on the bathroom door leading into the second (two fulls) bedroom. Without question, I would rent this unit again...and without question, the staff at GCR is fantastic.

Great balcony & view! Building had perfect beach access, and deck area ; beautiful pools/ hot tubs! I liked that it had a small "convenience store" for limited items, and a snack shack. It was nice to park under the roof of a Parking garage. The actual unit was nicely furnished & decorated. Although, it was not cleaned well prior to our arrival.

I really have no complaints. It was a very nice place, though a bit cramped. But we didn't come to South Carolina to stay in the condo. Its location is perfect. It's south of all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, but still in the "metro area." It's right off the connections to the main drag in town. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The view was great. And the stetch of beach we were on was very uncrowded, and quiet.

I would look forward to staying in the unit again, and would recommend it to friends and family.

Our stay at Seabanks 302 in Garden City was one of the best vacations that we have experienced in a few years at the beaches in SC. The room was perfect, great view of the ocean from every angle of our condo. Thanks to the people that own 302 for sharing their home with us. We will definitely stay here again.
