The location couldnt be better...close to airport, close to shopping entertainment and restaurants, on the ocean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo's were perfect...everything very open and airy, huge kitchens, everything very clean. Garden City Realty was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. Thank you for helping to make my team's conference a success.

Outside front light needed. and a cement pad in back and front would lead to less sand being dragged into the house and on front and back steps.

We discovered the first day at the rental that the clothes washer did not work (it would not move through the cycles). We reported this to the management company. No one came to check out the washer. Other than this problem we enjoyed our stay. We would come back if we were assured that the washer was repaired. Thanks. M. Clifton

Our family had a great time staying at Heaven Can Wait Beach House. It has a very light and airy atmosphere. So close to the beach with all the amenities you can ask for. Well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, and lots of room for all. I would recommend it to anyone.

We found Beach House 117 was ideally located in the south (best) area of Myrtle Beach. We had a great, and safe view of "Sandy" as it moved north. Our drive home was the worst part of our stay. See you in 2013. W&D

This house is teriffic! It was in excellent condition, well decorated and close to everything. I only wish the Time Warner Cable box had the ability to record and this would be a free upgrade for the owners to make, but overall I could not have been more pleased. I am hoping to make it back to the area soon and if so I will be renting Summer Breeze without question!

Although this property description stated that it was within a block of the ocean, it was literally across the street. Beautiful, warm and inviting home! We had a great time! With 10 people, we were very comfortable. Want to thank the owners for their thoughtfulness in the decor and anemeties.

Property was very nice. Really only complaint we had was the fact that the kitchen was not stocked very good. No pots or pans. Could not really do any cooking. But we did enjoy the unit overall.

I wouldn't recommend it for the month of October, because they might "bump" us!

This is the 4th year that we have spent the month of October in Atalaya 605 after 2 years at Atalaya 604. I love the fact that every year when we come back there are improvements. This year the dishwasher, new TV's and new twin bedroom furniture... You can tell the owner's care about their condo. 604 probably still has the iron mark in the bedroom carpet. Love the recliners and drapes instead of the flappy vertical blinds like in other apartments. We've been very happy staying there ... Thank the owner's for us!
