We have rented this home many times and LOVE it. Out of the door and into the sand. This is not a houss. This is a precious, pre-Hugo beach home that is well preserved and there are too few of.

Tenants Harbor

We chased Spring from Maine to South Carolina and found that Spring had Sprung and the flowers had blossomed and our soul's were soothed by the sound of the ocean waves on the beach. What a wonderful time of relaxation and renewal. Let's do it again next Spring.

Had a great time with Family. The views of the marsh were wonderful. It was so peaceful watching the birds and the boats going out in the morning while eating breakfast. Really enjoyed the pool and spa and the privacy in the house. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Waddington place. It was very clear that someone had really done some spring cleaning and if you can pass my sister's standards for clean "IT IS CLEAN". Only reservation is couch is not comfortable and wished there was a celing fan in bedrooms. I would very much recommend this place.

The condo was perfect for us! It was in very good condition, clean, and we loved the tropical decorations. Not one complaint! Will return next year, already booked.

Stayed in same unit last year and happy to return. Convenient location, excellent view, and very spacious. Our only concern was the sliding glass door being quite difficult to open/close. We appreciate the friendly service from GC Realty.

Great, except for such an upgraded unit, it had a very old tv in the main area, and bedroom tvs were only about 12" Two of us were recouping from surgery,so inside a lot,would have appreciated HD tv,flat screen to match the rest of the decor,after all, WalMart has them for very good prices almost every weeekend.Also the elevators in our bldg,only two, one broken,no excuse this day and time knowing the busy time of the year is almost always at the beach,so this should have been taken care of fast,waiting takes up our vacation took way too long to get up and down to the pool and beach area, and we learned from others, it has been broken a while, not the day before we got there..

The view from PHC was fantastic and location as well! The one thing I would suggest is adding a ceiling fan in the back bedroom. You can't open the window because you are by the elevator. The bathroom off this room could use a new toilet as well. Everything else was great! I am ready to go back again. Thank you owner for sharing!! Pam from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
