Very nice property for a large group. Conditions and amenities were generally very good. Some minor maintenance needed on sliding doors and light bulbs. Shared pool is somewhat small if both units have a lot of kids, but it worked well for us. Great location with less crowded beach than area to the north or around the piers. We will consider this unit again in the future. Had a great week, wish it had been 2.

We had a great family vacation in this unit. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen appliances and furnishings are up to date. No problems and everything we needed was there. Great view of the ocean from inside the unit and from the large balcony. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo! We will be requesting this unit for future stays.

Very spacious, clean and well laid out. Came equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware and pots/pans which was nice. Close to the beach and shopping. Surprisingly private pool and patio being it is a duplex. Kid friendly pool. Bedroom TVs were very small but we didn't plan to watch TV there. Owner did show up at house one morning claiming he left his phone during his last visit there 3 days ago, which seemed kind of like he was scouting but did not see him or anyone else from the rental company for the rest of the stay. Over all it was a great stay. We had a large group and the home never felt crowded.

We stayed in this property two years ago, and we were disappointed at the time in the cleanliness and overall condition. But we were very pleased this time to see all of the updates that were completed as well as with how clean the property was when we arrived. Much improved!

602 One Ocean Place was a great place to stay! The view is amazing!!! We had a great time and hope to return. Condo was clean (maybe a little dated) but we spent all our time outside or on the patio. The staff at One Ocean Place was great. They were very friendly and very helpful. Only complaint I have is there is very little parking for high top vehicles. We had a topper on our mini van and were unable to park in the parking garage. There are a few reserved spots for high top vehicles but many times we would return to the condo and have no where to park because vehicles that could fit in the parking garage choose to park in the high top vehicle parking, making this an inconvenience for us.

This was my family's second year at the Moonlighting and we are already booked for next year. The location of this home cannot be beat and the house is a perfect fit for our extended family of 18. We had a few minor issues with the house but they were immediately addressed by the maintenance staff of the home. The quiet street and almost private beach are favorites for us!

This was our first trip to the Myrtle Beach area and we loved it. We were very impressed at the home and amenities it offered, it slept 10 very comfortably and the 2 master bedrooms were a nice touch. It was only a block and a half from the beach and we rented golf carts from woodys and it was very easy to load up the golf carts and head to the beach each day, which also had golf cart parking. The only challenge was the dryer did not operate very well and would keep turning off after a few minutes, we let the office know and they responded quickly but the repairman could not fix the problem. I actually read this in a earlier review before renting but thought they might be exaggerating, but they were not and it does come in handy when you are drying beach towels every day. Other than that small inconvenience, everything else was awesome.

The condo is comfortable and we felt very much at home there. The kitchen was very well equipped, which is important to us because our daughter has food allergies so we cook almost every meal on vacation. We loved the Garden City Beach location. It is quieter than North Myrtle, yet about equally close to attractions such as Family Kingdom and Broadway at the Beach, and very close to the great restaurants in Murrells Inlet. We hadn't stayed at Garden City Beach before and were pleasantly surprised by just how close the ocean is to the building, especially at high tide. In Myrtle and North Myrtle, it's a long trek from the hotel down to the water; here there is a much shorter distance to carry all your stuff, yet there is plenty of beach, even at high tide. We are planning to stay in GCB from now on. Also, GCB Realty was good to deal with; they were friendly and made the check-in and check-out processes very fast and efficient.

The location and overall condition of the house was terrific. Being on the inlet and right across the street from the beach was very convenient for everyone's needs. The only issue was what is considered the 4th bedroom, which we referred to as the cave. Being located off the back porch, very small, the door wouldn't stay shut and having to lock it with a deadbolt wasn't what we expected but isn't a deal killer. The only other issue I had was when I checked out, I was not greeted or thanked for using Garden City Realty. The fact is I told them which property is was and I got an "OK". If they had been busy at the time I would understand, but I was the only guest in there.
