The house has an awesome location. This is our 3rd year renting this house. We were happy to see they had bought a gas grill this year and new porch furniture. We love this property but this year the second fridge would not cool and we had to get maintenance out to fix that and the dishwasher. The only other complaint is the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. It squeeks every time you move and basically it was very very miserable sleeping in it. In fact, my family has to take turns each year on who has to sleep in that room because the bed is so bad. Other than those 3 things, we love the house!

The location of the Beach House is perfect for our family. The pier is within walking distance and the beaches are never crowded. We have stayed here for the last 4 years and will continue to rent from Garden City Realty every year. They are great people to deal with. Beach House 109 is totally equipped with everything thing you need and is decorated nicely.

Overall great. 2 problems:
1) No table on deck, which was shown in picture online. Asked for one 3 times and was told it would be taken care of, and never was.
2) 2 local family members came to visit and were both given a boot on their car, $100 fine. There was no information about where visitors could park, and no signs where they parked, which was outside the barricade for the garage. Very unfriendly Mike was the responding maintenance guy. Suggest making sure parking rules are told to paying customers, as we spent a lot of money to stay there.

My sisters and I have been staying in this unit every year for at least 10 years and are very satisfied with the location and the condo. There were a few issues this year with the unit but were taken care of by the realty company very quickly. We really enjoy the location of the unit and will rent again next June at the same time.

The folks from Kentucky, which is what we are known as, have rented CR # 22 for years! Love this unit, love the other vacation people we see each year, love GC and love the setup! Only one thing of improvement - new TVs would be nice. Other than that, this unit is warm, comfortable and welcoming! Already making plans for next year!

Had a super time even with the rain. House was great. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house. Just wish the house had internet access.

This place was terrific - everything was updated and in perfect working order. Would recommend this property to friends...only downside was a few rainy days - but a rainy day on vacation beats a sunny day at work!

We enjoyed our stay ay the Mariposa very much. Our children and grandchildren stayed with us and we had a great time. The home is very pleasantly decorated and we enjoyed the large table to eat and play games. Also it was nice to have the pool and hot tub under the house so if it rained the kids could still swim. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Jill was especially helpful at the rental agency.

Each year our large group from Kentucky visits Garden City and stay at Compass Rose. We have gotten to know other families that do the same so each year is like a reunion. We had a great time, CR # 32 has been updated and was very nice! Look forward to renting again and seeing more of the updates.

One major concern we had was the ceiling leaking in the bathroom in the hallway. It was a constant drip from the ceiling and the ceiling tiles were soaked. Other then that the place was very nice.
