place was lovely and very well equipped. only problem I had was the screen doors on both sliding doors were blown/torn off the tracks and I really wanted to leave sliding doors open and could not. they should replace screen doors; otherwise, overall very nice place to stay.

We could not have slected a better facility for our vacation stay. The amenities were great. The view was spectacular, the unit was very spacious, and had almost all the comforts of home. The only thing that I would change would be an update of the televisions. We were there during the football season, and as fans of the sport, larger, more updated TVs would have been great.
We would certainly love to spend another vacation in this unit, and strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautiful rental in Myrtle Beach.

The house was great..except for a few minor things (stair area really needs a coat of paint and couch has seen better days). The linen package was well worth the price and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes, etc. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but we were there in off-season so no big deal. Overall we were all very satisfied with the house.

We had a wonderful time at this location. Condo had been totally renovated and there was everything there you could want. Garden City is a nice quiet area yet as all the emenities for a wonderful stay. Totally satisfied.

Unit has very nice flat screen TV but no HD cable feed. Disappointing during March madness. Otherwise very clean. Get a cable box!

This is our 5th stay at Surfmaster and our second year in 709. The unit is very cozy and well appointed. We only had a minor glitch with the kitchen light but it was addressed immediately by management. Ramona was especially helpful with my forwarded mail and any questions we had. She is a valuable asset to your staff.

I have been going to NC/SC beaches for 35+ years. This is one of my top 5. Location was great for my boat. House was very well equipped. Daughter loved heated pool, and we all loved the patio furniture. 12 adults stayed in house and we all had plenty of room. Short walk to beach. Thanks to homeowners for letting us enjoy your house.
