It is very nice and clean. The only draw back is that it is expensive ($645.00 for 3 days in Jan) and being it is a condo there was no basics like toilet tissue/paper towels/ etc. Knew about the towels/sheets/ etc but was not prepared initially for those items had to make an immediate trip to the store. Have stayed at at Atalay Towers many times and the staff has always been receptive.Also have rented through Garden City and that has always been a positive experience.

WE LOVED BEACH WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND THE POOL WAS AWESOME.I LOVED THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN FROM THE HOUSE.THE ONLY THING IWOULD RECOMMEND IS A NEW MATTRESS FOR THE ROOM UPSTAIRS ON THE RIGHT.ALSO A BIGGER GRILL TO USE,BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT TIME BEING WITH FAMILY,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME AND RENTING FROM GARDEN CITY,A GREAT STAFF! SEE YA NEXT YEAR :)

Wonderful Condo in the south tower, beautiful sunrises overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need, also close to all the attractions of Myrtle Beach.

We had an amazing vacation overall. Been coming to this beach for over 20 years. First time staying at Water's Edge. Compared to other properties you cannot beat the bang for the buck. Great views come standard here, not at most condos. Easy covered parking cannot be underestimated and is not available almost anywhere else. The two elevators can be a major pain at check in/out times so either try to check in early or late or be prepared to wait for the elevator a lot. Again, only during peak times. The condo itself had everything you need and was wonderfully decorated. TV is a bit old and really needs to be replaced with a modern flat screen. Mattress was fine but a bit tired. Great kitchen with a ton of cookware/utensils. Most condos including this one have simple cheap plastic deck furniture which is a real letdown. Owners should spring for some durable wicker/rattan/aluminum furniture. You spend a lot of time relaxing on the deck. That's about it. We would definitely come back. One of the best choices out there.

Management company was great to work with. Reservations were easy and they since we got in late, they simply left the key and parking passes in the unit. Our unit was fabulous! Beautiful oceanfront view from living room and bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was nicely decorated and was in working order. Definitely staying again when we come again next year!

Tee Time was a great house, right on the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed our week there. Not only did we enjoy the beach and ocean, each day (if only just looking at them), but the house is so conveniently located to shops, restaurants and attractions. Garden City Beach is a great place to stay. It's far enough away from the really congested beach areas, but close enough to take short drives to Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, etc.
The Garden City Realty Staff were all so nice, helpful and professional. We had an issue with playing a DVD, and they PROMPTLY had a new DVD player delivered. I rate their customer service among the best I have seen. Check in and out was a breeze, and the house was clean and well prepared upon our arrival.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Tee Time, and we will definitely be visiting Garden City Realty for our future trips to the beach!

Great vacation rental. Well kept. Only downside is it's a third floor walk-up (no elevator) but we knew that when we reserved and were OK with that. Not for someone with trouble climbing stairs.

The property was exactly for what we were looking for. Great location, easy to get to. We wanted something on the beach with enough rooms to accommodate our growing family. We had our own space but had enough living room are for us to come together. The Men loved having a TV in every room and the young people loved having wi-fi. Already trying to find a date we all can go this summer. :))
