Had never stayed at Royal Gardens, was very impressed, Unit 702 is very tastefully decorated, would definitely stay there again. Also had never used the linen package, it was great, had plenty of towels and they were really nice towels. Very well located, staff at Royal Gardens were also great. Loved the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Wished they had more hangers, can definitely bring my own next time.

This was the perfect vacation rental for two families of four. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area to keep us occupied on the rainy days. We would highly recommend this to others.

Condo had recently been redone with new paint, furniture and décor. It was a great couple day retreat for 2 couples. Kitchen was super equipped. Only negative (and a small one) was being on the third floor and no elevator presented a slight challenge bringing the luggage in. Staff did a great job helping us find a great unit on short notice in the off season.

7 very nice days. Great weather and lovely beach. Far less busy than
the beaches farther north.

The only issues with the room where the faucets in the bathroom sinks
that need to be replaced.

The lady in the office was a delight.

Was happy with the stay. Tried to stay 4 days longer as the place was not occupied but would pay a maximum of $75.00 per night but the renter would rather leave it empty because it could only be rented for more than $100.00 dollars per night. As per the instructions of the owner? Too bad because when I arrived one day early I only paid $50.00 for the extra night. Otherwise we'll be back next year if the rental cost remains the same.

This is almost the end if iur four month stay. We love it here and Garden City Realty are great, especially Patricia Reed and Jackie Alston,both are very pleasant and helpful to us. We have already committed to rent this condo again next year.

Nice unit, clean and spacious. Good location with lots of good restaurants nearby. A little cool in Feb/March but lots to do, good shows, good golf, incredible beach.

We took a family vacation and stayed for 7 nights. The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The view was absolutely amazing and we were even lucky to see a few dolphins jumping in the ocean!! We loved the fact that we could all sit at the table and have dinner as a family. We will definitely use this condo again in the future!!!
