This condo was exceptional in location. I enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck while looking out over the ocean. My husband and I had a great weekend. This condo could be improved with a makeover; new kitchen appliances, replace carpet and linoleum with tile.

We really enjoyed our stay and didn't have many negatives. We really loved the area and 702 was a cute place to stay. The view was wonderful although the balcony is not private. In fact from the balcony you can see onto other balconies and into the condos which we weren't use to. The balconies do allow for an extended view. One word of caution that we found out the hard way was DO NOT LOCK YOUR KEYS IN YOUR CONDO! They do not have keys to let you into your place on the premises. There is a $50 fee which wasn't written anywhere that I could find in any of the paperwork we signed. Also...we were given one key that didn't even belong to our condo and one key that only my husband could figure out how to use.... On a tight budget....$50 is a hit! Overall...we did have a great time and enjoyed 702.

All 5, We loved the house and the service. Had issue with frig and ice maker and service Dept came right over. Will continue to rent yearly from Garden City Reality. PERFECT house for my family equipped better than any house have stayed in for the past 32 years. Water toys were a huge benefit, plan to rent again next year

Overall we had a great time. Some of the furniture and rugs were very worn. And the master bedroom open bathroom is just bizarre. On a positive note the location is prime, the kitchen was totally stocked, when we needed some repairs the mgt co had them out there very quickly.

Enjoyed the condo, location was quite (at least in April) But close enough to hit the tourist spots. Very clean only thing we noticed was coffee left in the pot, not a big deal no one is perfect. Other wise very clean, price was the best we found. Elevator was very fast, didn't have to ride a "half a day" to get to your floor. I would recommend this condo for other couples.

SunDial 32 was "home away from home"! The pictures do not lie, the place is 2014! I didn't feel as if I was staying at my grandmothers house for the week! It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

The unit was spotless on our arrival. We arrived much later than the check in time and as instructed in our email and when speaking with the representative at Garden City Rental we found everything we required and were able to let ourselves in with no hassle or fuss.

The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for my liking, but that was okay, because I loved the view from the loft and the bed closest to the sliding door was just to my liking, so that is were I chose to rest my weary head when the day was done.

Everything is conveniently close by so it was perfect for us. Restaurant Row was heavenly and whenever we ran out of anything we just headed up the street to the Walmart.

We had a plumbing incident in the unit, which had me worried as I didn't want anything to happen to the unit or the unit below, but it was remedied so quickly, my hat goes off to the staff at Garden City Rental and their maintenance guys for resolving the situation in such a timely fashion.

The weather wasn't perfect in Myrtle Beach but those are the chances you take whenever you go on vacation. But thank god the unit was as fabulous as it was, because I would of drove myself and everyone else crazy staying somewhere that wasn't comfortable.

See you in September SunDial 32, we so want to come back and if not again soon then definintely again next year!
