The furniture and kitchen appliances were a little out of date BUT the condo was perfect besides for that. Awesome location, just a short (2 minute!) walk from the beach. So happy we stayed there!

Everything was good except the linen for the king sized bed. I originally received queen. I called and promptly received more linen except I again receive a queen bottom and a king top. I made due...I used the king top sheet as the bottom sheet and a queen top sheet.

Our time in Garden City was fabulous as usual the property was very clean the pool area was always clean, we met new friends that hopefully we can meet up with next year same time as always had a blast already excited for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sea Banks 302. We usually stay in a family owned condo at Horizon East, but since it is being sold, we needed to find another place to stay. We were not disappointed! Right before our vacation week my husband had to go in the hospital with kidney failure, and we found out he would be going on dialysis. We thought we would have to cancel our vacation since my husband wouldn't be able to come. But my husband and his doctor insisted my son and I come on assuring me that he would be well taken care of and that I needed this rest. This week offered me the rest I needed, a chance to process all that was going on and how our lives would change once this week was over. I came home emotionally and spiritually prepared to face the challenges before us. I hope we can come back to Sea Banks 302 next year. Loved having the little space outside the front door to leave all of our beach chairs, etc. The place was VERY clean and had everything we needed.

The property description was very accurate. The house was right across from the beach and very comfortable. The house and lawn was kept in good condition.We had the opportunity to meet the owners who were very nice and even left us a welcome note and delicious pound cake. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We mostly spent our time at the beach. We did have good meals at Graham 's, Sara J 's, Dagwood's and Angelo's. We also shopped at the nearby Tanger outlets.

Our stay at Madame Butterfly was an unbelievable experience! The beach is in our backyard!! The house is stocked with pretty much anything you need. The beach was never overcrowded. This was the perfect spot to spend some quality time with my new husband. The ocean crashing in the background, the beautiful view from the porch, the night time strolls on the beach made this experience incredible! The house was perfect, very clean and well maintained. I can't wait to come back! Thank you!

We had a great week. While the property was not directly on the beach, it had great beach access and the ramp to the beach provided easy access for carrying chairs and canopies, etc. The rooms were clean and were a good size. The refrigerator was a bit small but otherwise everything was great!

We've been renting this house for quite a few years. This is the first time we found it used by smokers previous to our visit - holes in the bedspreads (which were taken care of on Monday)and smoke smell throughout the house. The pool area was dirty - I played pool boy and washed down the pool deck and straightened chairs which made a big difference. The pool staff were quite helpful but I'm not sure why the pool area wasn't clean upon our arrival. The location is absolutely fantastic and the house is big enough for 16 of us to all be there together without even realizing we're all in one house. NICE!! Plenty of quiet space if you want it. Lots of things for the grandchildren to do since the pool is partly shaded - you can get out of the hot sun if your not a sun worshiper. We love this place and hope they will work on the items we submitted that need attention in the off-season.

Great view, great weather, total relaxation. Views from the condo and balcony were wonderful. The condo looks just like the pictures posted online. We ate most meals in but if we wanted to go out, there was a good selection of restaurants to choose from. Being between Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet was perfect.
