The room was great - very clean and spacious! The view is what sold us on the room and it is everything the pictures show! Amazing views! Great location - in the middle of Sam's Corner and Surfside! Property was clean, easy beach access and the pools weren't over-crowded! We would love to go back!

We came to the beach for a last minute vacation before the kids started back to school and we were so pleasantly surprised by the immaculate cleanliness of the condo! We loved the access to the parking deck and being only one flight up we barely used the elevator! Will definitely book this place again!! Thanks so much!!1

Horizon East 203 is a nice condo in a great location. Garden City Reality is the best Reality company in the area without a doubt. 203 needs some new cookware, all but one of the fry pans were in extremely bad shape and there was a lack of pots as well. The AC air flow in the bedrooms is really poor. The AC temp was fine in the kitchen\living room combo but he bedrooms were really to warm for comfort and the vents were wide open. Lack of Air flow is the issue. Other than those issues all was well.

Waters Edge 1406 has everything you need! Kitchen is well-equipped. View is amazing! If I could make just one suggestion it would be to spring for some deck furniture that is a little more comfortable. It would make this condo the absolute greatest!
