you cant get closer to the beach than this condo. I can talk to my kids from our balcony. The condo is clean, and has washer/dryer and full kitchen. Great for my husband, me and our 2 kids. This was our second stay and we will return next year

Property description was very accurate regarding location, layout, amenities of Cypress Place D. The location was less than a block from the beach! The layout of the house was nice and accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and the unit even had Wi-Fi. The living room couches could stand to be updated, even though they were clean, they were not very comfortable. The 2 car parking was a bit tight. The shared pool was located right next to the unit. The property was very clean and well-maintained. There was a small issue with the dryer during our stay, but after calling the rental company, the dryer was fixed that day. Check in/out was a very easy process.

Waterforde 203 is the property that our family searched for as a beachfront rental for years. It is very comfortable, clean, and perfectly meets our needs. The owners have thoughtfully and carefully provided practically everything a family needs at their home-away-from-home. We all relax when we walk in the door. This unit says "beach", "relax", and "you are at a happy place". In fact, my daughter was at the pool this year and said, "This is my happy place." What higher compliment could be given than that?!?

Great condo, great views. Building and pools/hot tubs were well maintained. The specific unit we stayed in has had some updates but at a minimum the countertops are going to need some attention. The unit was a great size and perfect for our family. Overall the unit was clean but the carpets are dirty and stained and need cleaned.

This was our second year of staying in the condo and we were again pleased. We had one minor issue with a clogged drain and it was taken care of within hours on a Sunday. The TV's have been replaced with larger, flat screen TV's and the condo was extremely clean and neat. We would definitely recommend the condo to others.

it was nice to be able to find a place quick that was not requiring a weeks stay but for the price I expected the tv to work and the toilet to not run continually and the air conditioning worked wonderfully but also continually made an awful sound each time it turned off/on which made sleeping less than sound

First time renting from Garden City Realty but not the last!-Over all great experience, great house in a good quiet location. Beach access was easy and this new pool is fabulous, our family spent many hours in it. Enjoyed the decor of the house and the cleanliness was terrific. We'll be back, would recommend this property for sure!!!

We had a great time this year in Myrtle Beach. Royal Garden Resort 110 was perfect for us. We were close to the beach, close to the indoor and outdoor pool and the hot tub. We were also in close vicinity to great dining and shopping.

We have stayed in two units within this complex the last two summers. It's the perfect amount of space for our group. Having three baths is a great feature because it allows the kids to have their own bath. The couches were a bit worn but otherwise the rest of the unit was in good condition. We drove a larger vehicle so parking in the garage was a bit tight but we never failed to find a spot. The complex has two pools, two hot tubs, it's just steps to the beach and it has great outdoor shower facilities to get rid of the sand. The pool and security staff are always present and helpful.

We loved our stay in Garden City and the place we stayed was absolutely wonderful! We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and with beautiful view of the ocean. We had just a few short steps and we were right on the ocean. The guys who cleaned the pool did a great job. We saw them out there all the time cleaning it and the parking lot! The amenities were great here too! We bought a couple of extra pans and left them for the next vacationer as well as bottle brush for baby bottles. This place is within walking distance to almost anything you want to go to. We would stay here again!!!
