My husband and I described our desires to Garden City Realty and Tude Tinic was their first choice. They were right on! We wanted a 5 BR home on the inlet with a dock to keep our boat and close to the beach. TT has 6 BRs with 6.5 baths, great dock on navigable water at low tide, beautiful pool with nice patio furniture and directly across the street from the beach! What more could anyone want? Living and dining rooms on top floor for beautiful view of the marsh. Far enough (1.5 mi south) from the pier to escape congestion yet easy walk for children to enjoy the arcade. Short walk to our favorite restaurant, The Gulf Stream. The elevator was a real plus for loading and unloading. Porches and decks on 3 sides. The house was super clean and furnished nicely with fully equipped kitchen. The linen service is included. Thank you to Tide Tonic owners and Garden City Realty for a wonderful week with our family! We will definitely return!

very nice place to stay. have been there about 5 years and it is always a good place to stay. its quiet, right across from the beach and you are minutes away from everything. had one problem with the hot tub and it was fixed right away. could use a tv in the bunk bed room. overall a very nice place to stay . would highly recommend.

Well kept condo. Furniture in very good condition. Bed very comfortable. All amenities. Only complaint is wife is terrified of heights and could not enjoy sitting on balcony. Would recommend this condo.

We had a great experience with our rental. Check in was easy and we were lucky our unit was ready when we arrived. It was only my husband and I so we really didn't use the kitchen much. From what we did use we could see that the kitchen could use updated appliances. Overall a good experience.
