The rental experience with Garden City Realty was quick and convenient. There was a couple of problems with the rental unit. TV in bedroom only picked up local channels. WI-FI did not work properly.

We had never stayed at Surfmaster, but it was recommended to us by a close friend, so we gave it a try. Condo 206 was adequate for our stay. The furniture was comfortable and the oceanfront view was great. I would suggest two things be upgraded: 1) The furniture (mainly metal chairs) on the deck are rusted and should be replaced, and 2) the "sharp" knives are cheap and dull, and the can opener wouldn't work.

This is our 2nd stay at this unit (106). They recently spent money on upgrades and it is absolutely lovely. New furniture, rugs,tv's, paint, artwork, bathroom upgrade. So comfortable and so relaxing. The view is spectacular from the balcony. Can see beach, pool and spa. Sheltered from the wind. Can sleep 5 people. Just my husband and I and what a relaxing time we had. Thank you. We will be back! The check-in is easy and the people are so friendly.

Very comfortable, roomy home with all the amenities. Pool, hot tub, block to the beach. Walking distance to pier and good restaurants and pubs. Doesn't get any better than Grammies!

This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. We picked this place because it looked like it had been freshly updated. Indeed it was. It was within close waking distance of Marlin Quay marina which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean!. There is no coffee maker here unless you bring gear for a Keurig. I did not. No TV in one bedroom. The pool looked so nice in the photos but when we arrived it was very dirty with leaves and even a beer can at the bottom. I spent time skimming the leaves out of the pool so that it looked well enough to swim in. It was cleaned out the day we checked out.
I will say that Pat at Garden City Realty was very kind and extremely helpful. They had nothing to do with the trivial things that upset me. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Another great vacation at Royal Garden Resort. The weather wasn't great, but you cannot control that. The condo is so comfortable and the indoor pools and jacuzzi were a great spot for us. We will be back in Sept.

The room was great. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Everything was in great shape. The only thing I seen a problem with was the dish washer doesn't clean very well. Don't think its getting hot. Everything else was great. Would stay in this room again.

We have vacationed at various GC Realty properties over the year. The Metzler is the nicest so far (and we've stayed in lots of very nice places!) The amenities were endless - lots of convenience appliances; ample cookware and kitchen supplies; etc. The beverage refrigerator on the bottom floor, and an ice maker are excellent, and very practical, ideas! The home/property is clean and well-maintained. Private pool and hot tub make rainy days fun!

The rental was pretty much perfect. Only complaint we had was the screens on the balcony. It was difficult to see clearly thru them and to take pictures thru! Also, maybe a furniture update. But, really, it was a perfect vacation. Weather was great!!

Nice and quite location. Easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with all the necessities needed for cooking. Plenty of room and space.

We really enjoy staying at Sandy Shores during Bike week. The only thing that would make the place better would be paper towels and toilet paper. WE have very little room to bring items on a bike. Some of your condos have these items but this one did not.
