Most beautiful vacation ever! my husband and I spent Thanksgiving in 202 and it was absolutely gorgeous! The unit was perfect! The owners have taken great pride in making sure you have everything you need! We have always stayed at Waters Edgde, but this was absolutely the best vacation ever! This year was our ninth year staying at this property (we rented this through two other realty companies before renting it through Garden City Realty). It is a GREAT house for the size of our family, and the location is fantastic. The only thing missing in this house is an ice maker. You will not find a better realty company or staff than at Garden City! Even with Hurricane Matthew deciding to visit us this year, we had a FABULOUS vacation. Looking forward to 2017.

Wonderful stay! The house was perfect for 8 adults, 1 teen, and 1 child. Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Very spacious and clean. The house description was accurate but the interior and exterior are far prettier than the pictures depicted. We loved the large porch and the ocean views. Property Management were easy to work with and very accommodating for last minutes changes.

what a great upgrade in OOP602 since our last stay! new flooring, furniture window blinds, tv's; Met new owner who takes pride in having a pleasant "home away from home" Altho we had to evacuate after the hurricane we returned to a safe, comfortable condo and enjoyed the rest of the month Look forward to staying again in 2017

The condo was beautiful and well-kept. Our only suggestion would be to provide a television in the second bedroom. The process of making the reservation was very professional and easy. Upon arriving at Surfmaster prior to 4:00, the office was locked and materials, keys, etc. were placed in the condo which was unlocked. As we left on Saturday at 8:30, once again there was no one at the office for checkout. Two other issues were that a lamp in the living room was not functional due to no light bulb; although this was reported on Monday, Oct. 31, no light bulb was ever provided. Also, the electrical outlet in the master bathroom was not functional requiring us to have only one bathroom in which to use blow dryers, curling irons, etc. This deficiency was also reported on Oct. 31, but was not corrected during our visit. On a positive note, when a commode overflowed in the second bathroom, Garden City Realty and the maintenance staff at Surfmaster responded quickly and corrected the situation. Our past experiences with Garden City Realty have been very positive, and we plan to continue to reserve properties with the realty in the future. Possibly situations resulting from the recent hurricane created the inability to address and correct relatively minor problems in the condo this week. We love Garden City Beach and Surfmaster 811 provided a wonderful week of rest and relaxation.
