The property was exactly as shown on the web site. Great location. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. At check in, I found crumbs all over the kitchen island. It appeared that someone had lunch and forgot to clean up after themselves. Over all, enjoyed the property.

We've stayed in this lovely unit for 2 winters, now, and hope to come back again. Very clean,beautifully decorated and what a view!
The staff is one of the best we encountered since coming too this area the past 10 years.

Everything was good. I would say though that the unit was in somewhat of disrepair. Not nearly as nice as some of the other units that we have rented in the past.

Loved the condo and can suggest some updates.
First, the freezer needs an icemaker. Ice cube trays are tedious. Also, the stereo has a good sound but doesn't have an AUX jack needed for Ipods. Finally, the TV remote(s) are confusing. Instructions would be helpful. Thank you.

unit was as pictured.
owners could supply remote for the DVD player.
without remote cannot play all episodes on some DVDs. Do not watch TV and the TV series that I brought along was to be my quiet time entertainment.
Condo was very nice, would rent again.
Owners need to do just a little.Master bedroom pillows need to be discarded and bed spread needs washed or dry cleaned. Was an odor.
other than those 2 items I would rate at 100%.
I did not use the pillows and turned the bedspread down every night. All staff and Pinnacle employees were very professional.
Really did not want to leave and look forward to renting this unit again.

We always spend the winter months here in this area:Garden City/Surfside Beach. We found that this condo is one of the best on the beach!Recently remodeled in beautiful beach colors. The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous.
