It was a very nice unit, clean and well equipped with necessary items. The only downside were the mattresses. They where very uncomfortable. Some where falling apart...need updating. Also the blinds could not be opened or closed. Were continually falling off the track. Some easy-open grommet drapes would be a nice replacement for those awful vertical blinds. Since we couldn't close them without risk of them falling down, we had to wear our sun glasses in the a.m. due to the bright sun exposure. The only other thing lacking where blankets for beds.

Since we spent 5 months here this winter, we really wanted a nice comfortable condo.For the most part this unit met our expectations. The master bedroom mattress is not the best..needs to be replaced. But the others are in fine shape. Lovely appointments in all rooms. I love the beachy colors. I would suggest that the stove be replaced or given a very good cleaning.We found several problems but the manager addressed most all of them to our satisfaction.I think that is one of the bonuses of renting from Garden Center/Surfmaster....our manager was very kind and helpful.We love this area because it is much quieter. There are so many great places to eat not far from our home away from home. We'll be back next winter for sure!! It would be really great if we had security during our stay as we found there were lots of people, especially teens coming in off the beach and taking advantage of the hot tubs.Some even using the parking that is reserved for the guests. Each unit is allowed 2 parking spots so if someone off the street comes in to park that takes up space that a guest or resident could use, especially during busy times or when there is work going on as it was this winter.

Wonderful room. Owners upgraded again adding new entertainment center and very large screen tv. Location is excellent; close to shopping, grocery stores, and excellent variety of fine dining.

Experience was very good. some improvement could be made with the following: availability of recycle bins for building, rug is due for a clean and replace, spare room beds are satisfactory but not great. Hot water is borderline with multi users. Heated would be outstanding. and another bike rack would be helpful. Lastly, are the pillows cleaned between use.

The house was a little dated but clean, the outside needed to be power washed but wasn't nasty, and the landscaping could use some help but for what we needed, it suited us just fine. The layout was great. Very roomy. The two baths were small but for our needs they were ok. Loved the screened in porch. Deck and walkway to the beach were great!

Surfmaster 910 was beautifully decorated and had great views. It was comfortable and clean. Great internet, but could have used a TV in the second bedroom. The master bedroom shower only had lukewarm water. We reported this to the mannager and waited a day for someone to show up. The next day, I reported it again, and finally someone did come, but had to get parts and did not repair it until the fourth day of our stay. When the repair was complete, the tap dripped constantly.
We loved Brookgreen gardens, the Tanger outlet, and the minigolf nearby.
