I have been renting various condos at Surfmaster for the entire month of February for 12 years. I have also encouraged nine friends to come for the month and they all love renting at Surfmaster. Location is wonderful, condos are very nice. Garden City Realty is very helpful for us "snowbirds".

This was our third year staying at 511 Surfmaster. We really like the area and location of the property. Being able to be right on the ocean is fabulous. While the unit is acceptable, it is starting to show some serious wear and tear and needs some TLC (e.g. Bathroom and kitchen updates, painting, etc.).

Our stay in this Condo was very nice. The best feature was the view, both up and down the beach since it was a corner unit. The property was clean and well maintained with a few issues which the property management took care of promptly. We would recommend this property and will be back. Close by restaurants we enjoyed were the Conch Café (walking distance) and the Surf Diner at Surfside Pier.

roomy & spacious home, lots of dishes & pans provided. Loved the two porches, pool & spa! Plenty of parking. Suggest the back stairway be better lit or painted a different color. Difficult to see at night.

The location and the layout of the house was fine. The furniture was fine. The kitchen was poorly equipped. A house that is advertised as sleeping 12 should not have only four glasses. Also the cookware was very worn out. Additionally there were many many Rusty chairs on the porch. They are stacked in the corner. It looks like storage. There's not room to use that many chairs. Porch is small, the chairs are in the way. Chair should be thrown out

Surfmaster 904 is well maintained and nicely decorated. The living room furniture is very comfortable and attractive. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we stayed a month and cooked many meals. It might be a little deceiving to say the master bath is handicapped accessible. The only feature we noticed was a tall toilet. we would stay here again. The views of the ocean from Surfmaster can't be beat. You feel like you are on the beach!

Front row ocean front property. Perfect for us snowbirds. On site Garden City Realty staff were excellent. WiFi was very inconsistent - sometimes ok, many times very slow, or WIFI connection just drops out. Seems to me they need a technology upgrade. Hot tub at night being sometimes used by non-residents and quite noisy.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

We had a five month stay from November through March. We have enjoyed every minute of our time here at Surfmaster by the Sea. The management and the condo owner were wonderful to us. This is a beautiful place. We highly recommend it to others.

This area has become our winter home away from home.We love the area because you don't have all the hustle and bustle found in Myrtle Beach proper. Our condo is beautifully decorated in lovely beach colors with very adequate furnishings.
