Went down for bike week. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, great location with a nice pool. Everything was nice until we came back to the house Friday night after being out for 12 hours, and we found that the air conditioner had stopped working sometime during the day. The second floor bedrooms were almost 80 degrees. It was too late to have any body come out to look at the ac unit by the time we got back in. Other than that, we enjoyed the property very much.

Great stay! This place was so nice and perfect for four people. Very clean and included linens which was a plus. Nicely updated and great price for an oceanfront stay. Walking distance to Garden City pier. Easy to book with Garden City Realty and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice condo, clean, and is well equipped. Having the linens already provided and knowing the exit cleaning is taken care of are major reasons we stay repeatedly at Surfmaster. I personally would ask for a rocking chair or two for the balcony (like the ones they have at Walmart!) AC worked wonderfully on the days we needed it. The glass door to the balcony slides VERY poorly; I reported this to Ramona in the office here Surfmaster 104 on Tuesday and never did get any response. But WD-40 helped some. I would recommend this condo to any couple.

Loved this unit. The shortest walk I have ever had to the beach...this is right on the beach; high tide actually hits the poles. Nicely furnished and clean and very convenient. The only issue we experienced was the condo building maintenance going on the week we were there 5/20 - 5/27/17. Pressure washing, painting, pool was closed for our last 3 days. None of these interfered much with out stay other than a longer walk to the beach when pool was closed. However, they did have a porta John I guess for the workers and it smelled horrible every time we left the place. I wish I had said something about it as it was quite nasty.
