Had a great week with my children and grandchildren. Loved the condo - it was beautiful. The view is awesome - right on the beach (one floor up - parking garage is first floor). The kitchen had just about everything you could possibly need. There was a basket in den with a few games and deck of cards. Had about 15 DVD movies for our use. The pool was wonderful, the younger grandchildren loved it. I don't think you'd be disappointed in this condo in any way. I will be back!!!

Everything was run very smoothly and easy! We took our daughter to the beach for the first time and stayed here; and the owners made it very easy to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and I'm working condition. This made our first real family vacation memorable!

Great balcony for enjoying the ocean view. This unit is very convenient to elevator, pool, and parking. The kitchen was well equipped. We slept well. A curtain would be nice in bedroom to keep out light infiltration. Could use some minor updating. We called Maintenance because of a water leak from laundry room of the unit above and they came immediately. Very pleased with the management.

Had a wonderful family reunion at One Ocean. Our condo was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the layout was spacious. Views were excellent and a lot of fun was had by all!

We enjoyed our stay, was the best looking and most updated condo we ever stayed in during our 30+ years of vacationing in a condo. Beds were super comfortable. Only complaint we have is the complex needs better way of handling parking passes. Because of the tag that hangs on the mirror, we always take it off when driving due to it blocking our view. One night we forgot to put it back on the mirror and our car was towed! It costs us $44 for the cab and $160 for the towing fee (I consider this price gouging by the towing company) and they would only take cash! I wish the complex would consider taking license plate #s or giving guests a static cling parking pass to put on windshield. This would be much better way of handling. If they continue the practice of towing cars away, they should at least hire a towing company that is closer and more fair with their prices and one that takes credit cards.
