We loved staying in Garden City. We had several beach days, spent time at the pool, went to Murrell's Inlet, and to Myrtle Beach. The location of the condo was perfect, gated parking was a plus. The views from the balcony were nice, I would have liked a little more private setting, however, it was still pretty perfect. The only reason I gave the condition of the condo 3 Stars is the paint was peeling from the walls in several rooms, there was black mold/mildew around the air vents, and the master bed and guest beds were not that comfortable. There was a broken closet door in the laundry that maintanence fixed right away and there was not a DVD player, which maintanence installed one the next day. Overall we loved our visit to Garden City and the Waterforde condo had plenty of room and was really nicely decorated,and to top it off Garden City Realty was wonderful to work with, very friendly, professional, and responsive. We will be coming back next year to visit:)

Terre Haute

This is our third time staying at the Compass Rose and second time in unit 32. Our family of five loves it here! You couldn't ask for a better location on the beach in a nice uncrowded area with fantastic views of the surf in the front and breathtaking sunsets from the back balcony over the Inlet. The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances and nice cookware. The pool is an added bonus! We already booked again for next year.

We love vacationing in Garden City. We've stayed at Sun Dial 21 several times. The upgrades are very nice-new toilets, bathroom cabinets, and all flooring. The stove is only item needing upgrade-some burners did not work and oven burned food. Overall we love staying in this area.

Big, beautiful house. The pool was great when it was too windy or hot for the beach, the tiki bar gives everyone a common area to convene. Quick walk to the beach on a private walkway made it easy to get to the beach and get set up.

We liked the 6th floor location-high enough that noise from the pool area was no problem. Views were great with all the floor to ceiling windows. The elevators in the tower were quick-no long waits! The unit could benefit from a refrigerator with an ice maker. The landline telephone in the unit did not work.

We had such a great time. The home was perfect for kids. We had so much fun swimming and relaxing in the back. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved that everyone had their own bathrooms. lol

We have stayed at Surf Master several times. Always different units. I was not sure about a first floor unit, but it turned out to be a great decision. Unit #106 was very nice, clean, updated & had everything we needed.
