Overall our stay at the house was great. Everything was clean, easy access to the beach, but the pool was our favorite. The only issue we had was one night while we were out part of the wood ceiling fell down. Luckily no one was there or else someone could have been hurt. There were a few other slats coming loose as well that hopefully someone came in and fixed. The house was well stocked with just about anything you could need. It was also nice cooking out on the grill one night with the family.

We've been vacationing here since 2008 and look forward to it every year.
This corner unit had a great view especially to the South and Garden City Pier. The Atalaya units always live up to our expectations and always clean And well maintained. We always enjoy a trip tp Crabby Mike's, ****'s Last Resort and of course Bubba's and River city.

The view and the condo are amazing! Perfect for 7 of us. I couldnt have asked for any better. Relaxing view, pool not busy. We only had 1 bad incident. We were there Labor day weekend and someone threw up in both elevators. It was pretty gross and was in there pretty much all day. My hubby called the emergency line and it was cleaned up by next day. But other than that, it was great! We would stay again!

Second time we have stayed in this unit and we love it! The size and location are perfect for me and my 2 friends. A couple of things I noticed are light bulbs need to be checked and the cable wasn't working in the middle bedroom and it wouldn't hurt to update the pillows and the coffee pot. I highly recommend this place and sure hope it wasn't flooded during Irma.

The condo was great. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and there were beach chairs for use. However during time we were inconvenienced by not having access to the beach for 2-3 days due to beach reconstruction. The lights and noise at night were very disturbing. Aside from that I would recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful stay at Inlet Joy. The house is in a great location with the beach across the street and the creek in the backyard. Everything was clean and comfortable. Everyone at Garden City Realty were very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely loved Penthouse D. We all enjoyed the condo and want to thank the owners and Garden City for yet another wonderful vacation at the Surfmaster. Everything was perfect and by far this was one of the most comfortable and well maintained condos we have ever stayed in. Can't wait to come back for more R&R.

We had a great week at this house! We loved all the extras that were provided (especially the margarita machine!). We were surprised to even find beach chairs, rafts, and toys. The house is in a great location and the pool and hot tub are so nice! Can't wait to come back!
