Our house was absolutely perfect for our multi-family home. Everything was stocked, plenty of towels and beds to sleep in. They upgrade the small couch from the pictures to a comfy sectional. The kitchen chairs could use tighten up and the palm tree by the pool makes a mess but we just sprayed it off with the hose everyday and it was fine! We would definitely rent this home again. Close to everything!!!

This condo is very clean and updated. The property is kept clean and the pool area is nice!! I absolutely love the side view deck. It is huge and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out and since it is in an angle it is blocked from the sun most of the day but still has a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. This is the third year we have stayed!
The only downfall is parking. There is only one parking space per unit. Fortunately we have family close by o leave second car with them but something others should think of before renting!

We have stayed in this Condo complex for 10 years now... This unit is one of our favorites! Watching the sun rise over the Atlantic and Sun set over the Inlet is one of the best parts about this 4th floor rental. Asl always, the units are clean, this unit is nicely updated, though a little low on kitchen basics [ no pizza pan, limited basic tools like knives, etc] There were no really good hot pads for removing things from the oven... If we stay again this year, I will probably just buy some things and leave them there. It is a truly lovely place, the pool was great, the beach was perfect! We are already booked for next year!

A good place for grands and the family. Beach access, lovely back screened porch and a pool! Kaylee was extremely helpful from start to finish. The dryer malfunctioned and was not fixed, but they made accomodations. Space was clean and inviting. Would suggest they get rid of scratched teflon pans and buy new stainless but otherwise the kitchen was stocked adequately. Would come again.

The couch needs replaced really bad and the air conditioning unit makes a very loud noise when it comes on. This kept me awake most of the night.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times. The condo has everything we need and is comfortable, clean and the location is close to all the attractions we like such as Murrells Inletand restaurants. We love that the life guard sits in front of this complex and is very tentative. Also, the chair rental attendant is very tentative. Both attendants asked us multiple times thorough out each day if we needed anything.

Great house, ample parking. Easy beach access right across the street (other than the steep stairs that you have to navigate to get to beach). Enjoyed the pool everyday. Lots of room for a big family with 6 bedrooms. Only minor complaint is i could not find an outside electrical outlet to plug my golf cart charger in, finally found one in the roof of the underside of house. Would definitely have this on our list to come back to.

Absolutely loved this vacation. The unit was in the perfect location for views and convenience. If there was any not so great comment it would be that the blinds need replacing and the king mattress in the 2nd bedroom could use an upgrade. Other than that it was wonderful. Thanks for sharing it with us
