The location is very nice with a not too crowded beach. The house is clean and well maintained as well as well stocked with amenities. I would suggest larger bath towels rather than the sample size shampoo, etc. amenity kits.

We love the Marlin Quay and have been vacationing here at various units for years. This unit is clean, has comfortable beds, an updated kitchen and bathroom sink areas. The view is beautiful! We were disappointed that the back pool was not available as they are doing construction on the back units currently which we did not know. Also as a personal preference would suggest adding rugs at the doors and living room as it can get quite sandy even when using precautions. Thank you for sharing this condo with us.

this house has it ALL. the pool was an added bonus and the slide. My children loved it, and we loved the hot tub. We did buy a charcoal grill and left there. Nothing like a charcoal steak! Hope they keep the grill there. Would definitely stay here again!

As previously mentioned in other reviews, the location of this house cannot be beat! Quiet neighborhood, private beach, and waking up to the sights & sounds of the ocean were wonderful! We rented the whole house which was nice with 28 people. Each bedroom (12) having it's own bathroom was an bonus. Both upper and lower decks were perfect hangouts. With the exception of a few quality control issues such as torn cushions on pool chairs, rusty grills and some electrical outlets not working, this is a great property!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this beautiful condo on the beach! The views from the balcony were amazing and we saw the most amazing rainbow. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The whole family had a great time together at this lovely home. We had 12 people and the size was perfect for us. Not sure if all the appliances were brand new but they looked it. The pool is a decent size and we all enjoyed it during the hot week!

Sundial 33 was very nice, our children said. My husband and I stayed in Sundial 21 and have for about 25 years. That should be an indication of how very much we enjoy being there!

If general the home was clean. We did buy a cleaner/bleach to spray in one of the showers, it helped so the cleaning crew could have done this because the shower was very moldy.

rental unit was very clean when we arrived. loved easy access to vacuums and brooms! having the washer/dryer IN the unit was fantastic! happy for the elevator too!! very easy access to the beach .we will definitely look to book again and would highly recommend this property

As others have previously said, the location of this rental cannot be beat! The deck overlooking the ocean was the place to be if you weren't either at the beach or pool! I rented both houses for my family of 28 to enjoy. Overall, it was clean and having a bathroom for each bedroom was very nice. My only suggestion for the owners is a good clean up is needed in the garage/pool area (rusty grills, torn cushions on patio furniture, & a good deck cleaning around the pool. Small details to enhance the property would be nice. There is no elevator or dumb waiter so be prepared for lots of steps. Having said all of this, our family had a great time! ��
