We had a two week visit and we were comfortable with our accommodations. The view was outstanding and the balcony was used daily. Bedrooms were comfortable . Absolutely stunning kitchen and second bathroom had a great upgrade. Our only disappointment was the living room furniture and tv area. Sofa and loveseat very uncomfortable and we had issues with the tv that was “fixed” by someone from the rental company. We enjoyed all the tourist areas from Legends in Concert to both Carolina Opry and Alabama Theater to a Hobcow Barony tour . Wonderful eats too. All in all a great time was had by all!

The property was well maintained and clean. Only had one issue - Refrigerator needed new filter before it would make ice. Maintenance came out early the next morning and fixed it. The amenities were great, loved the deck furniture which was very important to us because we loved to sit out and watch the waves whenever we were in the place. kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. Layout was great. I will go again if it ever becomes avail able when we have time to go.

We love this unit, third stay there! The AC was so much quieter. The storage closet in the spare bedroom was cleaned out and organized. Our ice maker was not working and Garden City responded very quickly, a new part was ordered and installed. The area rug in the living area should be replaced and the lounges on the balcony should be removed. The view is amazing!

Our stay at One Ocean Place 403 was fabulous.
This condo exceeded all of our expectations.
The condo was pristine clean and what we saw when we chose this condo, we experienced. The staff and etc was fabulous. Fantastic location.
Cannot wait until I return to this condo again.

The place was fantastic and so was our week. We used to own a maid service this rental was very clean. Who ever was is your maid service please let them know how pleased we were.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate fully, we had a wonderful time again at One Ocean Place. The unit was clean and the view is second to none. The Marsh Walk was full of energy Halloween night. There was a best costume contest where contestants competed for cash prizes. We’ve stayed at One Ocean Place a number of times and are planning our next visit for Spring of 2026.

We loved the unit (especially the shower). Love that everything worked great (ice maker, AC, Keurig, etc. Cabinets door need some work but we were fine with it. It's time to replace the bed but it was ok. In general we really like the unit and will be renting it again next year.

I loved that this unit is located in the south building with views of Murrels Inlet. Small touches like lots of hooks to hang clothes, nightlights, a shelf above the primary toilet, full length mirror and a chair to sit on in the bedroom are so nice. Furniture is clean and in good shape except for the mattress, unless you love a very soft, lumpy mattress. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat if the mattress was replaced. Also pillows are worn and need to be replaced with king size pillows, not standard size. This our second time (stayed in a two bedroom first time) at Surf Master and it is well maintained. Besides the bedding I highly recommend this unit.

This home is immaculate, the space is well thought out, and plentiful. At no time did we feel overcrowded. The home was very clean, and the rental company did an exceptional job as well.

This is our third time staying at Surf Master. Unit 803 is our favorite so far with its modern and tasteful decor. The other two units we stayed in previously were also very nice, and we did enjoy the large outdoor patios with those units.
