We just returned from what has become our annual trip to Garden City,SC. We have spent our vacation for the past four years at the Surfmaster Condominiums. We have been very satisfied with the unit. It's always well kept and clean. The only thing that I would suggest is the kitchen furnishings could be updated (it didn't bother us because we don't cook anyway, but another person might feel differently). When we go on vacation we like to eat out at the many good restaurants in the area. Our condo was very clean and comfort- able and we also enjoyed the new TV's. Thanks to all who had a part in making our stay very enjoyable. We hope to see you again next year.

This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful home. House was well equipped with everything you would need. House is in a good location. Private boat ramp and floating dock was just what we needed. Garden City Realty was very helpful with any request we had. We appreciate the homeowners opening up their home to us.

The Beach House was great, especially with 17 small children, oldest being 10 years of age. Not having to cross the road was a real plus. We could easily keep an eye on them all from the balcony.

Came for 2 weeks October 2017 had had a very enjoyable stay. We know the area well and, although we generally stay further North and closer to the piers in Surfside and Garden City, we enjoyed this area of the beach a lot for those long morning walks. This unit is very spacious and well appointed, but not quite as clean as some of the other rentals. It looks like it may be due for a good painting and minor upgrade. Had to buy clothes hangers (usually a pet peeve but there were exactly 0 in the closets) and light bulbs for the bathroom vanity, and deal with an annoying leaky faucet and lousy analog TV's in the bedrooms and a missing remote for the main TV. But these are minor quibbles, suggestions really. We usually bring a lot of "stuff" so there was a lack of guest storage and the usual glut of too much "beach kitsch" that we don't appreciate and have to find a place to store.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend! The place was beautiful! Will have to say there is room for improvement on cleanliness. We look forward to staying here again next year! There is easy access to many restaurants, be sure to try Squid's Café (near Garden City Pier)for 's outstanding! Enjoyed walking the beach to Surfside Pier and eating on the outside deck several times. Sophia's Ice Cream Shop at Surfside Beach had a good variety; we especially liked their salty-caramel, yum, yum! Enjoyed one evening of entertainment at Crocodile Rocks.

The property management company staff was very courteous and helpful. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was rather small but the spacious living room made up for it. I would definitely stay at One Ocean Place again.

This was a great house for our limited number of people (5) but would have been terrific for multiple families. This felt like the consummate beach house, very comfortable and livable. Wouldn't hesitate to ask for this house if returning for longer stay with more people - great location for beach and inlet.

Only one very small complaint. We had to buy ice because the ice maker was so slow at making ice.
