My family and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this rental house. The house was so well equipped and ready for us . . . from accessible bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and games center to the dishwasher detergent packets, everything went well. The linen package was worth the additional fees. We will definitely rent this or a similar house again.

We arrived on October 14th for our stay the unit was clean and neat everything was in order and we stayed for a month. Garden city realty was a pleasure to deal with especially Lauren who handled our reservations she was very professional and demonstrated true customer service. we love going to garden city in the fall and plan on using Garden city realty and this unit again.

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was perfect. My only complaint was the freezer door. We had an awful time with it. It didn’t slide well, you couldn’t get it to open all the way so it was very difficult to get the ice tray in and out. The ice maker was also so slow that we had to buy our own ice. This may not be a big deal to some people but on vacation we tend to drink a lot of frozen drinks so we went thru a lot of ice. Other than that the place was great we are definitely thinking about doing it again next year.

This was our 3rd time we stayed at Mariposa in our bi-annual family vacation to the area. The house is perfect for our family! The pool and hot tub were used everyday. The elevator allowed grandma easy access which is a nice perk for her.But the beach is the payoff! We look forward to a return trip to Mariposa. Improve the mattresses! The only thing in need of an upgrade.

Always enjoy our fall trip to Compass Rose. Not crowded, first-rate location. Top--rate Gulfstream Restaurant and Marlin Quay Marina just steps across the street. Garden City Realty folks responsive and pleasant. CR 32 in good shape due to fairly recent renovation. Couple of minor glitches which the owner can easily fix (corroded porch lock and complex TV setup). Have already booked for next year!! We love the place.
