I really enjoyed staying at Pier Pressure. It was just what I needed. It had a lot of charm and character. I could imagine all the great memories made here over the years. It wasn't anything fancy, bit it gave the feeling of a real traditional family beach house. It has a spectacular view of the ocean, and is conveniently located to everything you would need. I hope the owners keep it just the way it is. Charming, and with the necessities, (good air conditioning, and a dishwasher, and the washer & dryer).

This was our third visit to this condo. As usual, we had a great experience. The only complaints were a running toilet and TV remotes that worked less than ideally. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to put a lounge on the deck so I could nap! Also, we missed having an ice cream scoop!

We were in awe when we walked up the steps. The vacation rental was lovely. The set up was perfect. We had plenty of space for 11 women. Everything was just as pictured and described by the management. The grounds outside were clean and well-kept. Check-in was a breeze. Good instructions and friendly faces. Easy access to different outlets. Walking to the beach was wonderful. The beach was right there. Some of us walked around getting our exercise on and the neighborhood was very friendly. I'm thinking about reservations for my family trip there next year. The attractions and things to do was very convenient. Even getting to Myrtle Beach was a breeze. I would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Love going to Garden City Beach. Close to great restaurants in Murrells Inlet. Staying at Marlin Quay condos offers great views of the inlet and just a short walk across the street to the beach. We were disappointed this year that the pools were closed for most of the time we were there due to waiting for inspection after renovations were completed. We wee allowed to sit around the pool but not use it.

the metzler beach house was everything my family hoped for!!!!!! The house was in a perfect location, equipped with everything you could possibly need for an awesome vacation and plenty of room that at some points we had trouble finding one another!!!! I hope to make this our yearly vacation spot.... wonderful week!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a perfect location, away from the crowds and walking distince to a great restaurant and water taxi! The condo was in great condition and beautifully redone! All the amenities you would need or want! We would highly recommend and will be staying here again!!
