Surfmaster 604 is a really nice unit with perfect ocean views! The unit was clean and very comfortable. The ocean front balcony is large and holds two lounge chairs and a table for six. Great building location with the Conch Cafe two blocks up the street. I would rent this unit again!! Garden City Realty was wonderful to work with. The reps couldn't have been nicer!!

The house was clean and well maintained. The cake was really nice, reminded you that this was someones home not just some hotel room. As usual Garden City Realty was great to work with.They were calm when we were not, when we called to let them know we were running late on check out day due to us loosing the car keys while packing. (found them in the trash). Used Garden City Realty for all my house rentals and will continue to in the future as well! Great business.

so had a very good week place was nice and clean only issue I had was tv in bedroom ,voice of people on tv kept going in and out and stains over tv worried me and the place smelled a little musty , but lite a candle and helped a lot , thimk we were the first peeps for season. other then that had a great week loved the balony spent a lot of time out the eating. i would rent this place again

We really enjoyed our stay at Channel Marker 306! The condo was clean and the layout was just as described. There was a welcoming bag from housekeeping that included extra toilet tissue, another garbage bag, and some brochures from local businesses with coupons for food and activities. The place encourages families and is right on the beach. It is wonderful to be able to look put and see the ocean from the living room and just open the door to hear the waves hitting the beach. The Garden City Realty staff were all very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend this to friends and family. Just be aware there are three flights of stairs, and this is stated in the description. We did pay extra for linens and towels - very much worth it!

We have stayed in this same unit 6 or 7 times. We are pleased to see updates are being made. New flooring was installed last year as well as new bedroom furniture and bedding. The new king bed is very comfortable. The new granite countertops are beautiful. I am hoping that soon the microwave will be updated as well as the dishwasher. The 11th floor view is spectacular! The balcony has 2 rocking chairs as well as a wicker dining set. The layout of the room is great. We love the location. It is close to shopping and restaurants and very close to Garden City Pier. While we were there, we had problems with the door lock. The maintenance man was very nice and he promptly responded to our dilemma. It was our understanding that the lock was going to be replaced the day we left. We have always been very pleased with our stay. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to replace the sofa. It is very uncomfortable. Overall we would definitely recommend this unit to our friends.
