Nice condo. Found 2 of the bathrooms had hair on the floors and in the showers after we checked in so had not been properly cleaned. The ocean views were great. Conviently located next to an exit stairway to the pool and ocean. Had quite a walk to get to the parking deck entrance on the same level as our condo.

This is an annual trip I take, usually with girlfriends but for the last few year I have been bringing my parents. Very pleased with this place. I love staying at Surf Master by the Sea. Probably close to 20 years that I have stayed at this location. This condo was great. Right height, updated, and an overall good experience. We had to evacuate a couple of days into our stay due to hurt Florence but the staff was wonderful and patient with all of the people who were trying to leave at the same time.

Unfortunately this year we had to evacuate the property. However, we have been staying at this property for the past 5 years. New paint and living room furniture greeted us this year. Always a nice unit. Always clean and you can’t beat the location.

This place is spectacular. Extremely clean. All the amenities we needed. Wonderful to have a washer & dryer right in the unit. The building staff kept the are immaculately clean. Check-in was super easy. Check-out simple too. Love how easily we could access the beach. Ample parking too. Loved it!

This unit is exceptional. It was so very clean and had a great décor. The recliner in the living room was a definite treat. The linens were provided and the beds were comfortable. The deck is so large and had comfortable seating. The kitchen had everything we needed. We liked that there was security on staff and patrolled regularly, so we felt completely safe as well as our vehicle. The only negative that we can think of is our electric plug in's for both bathroom counters did not work (we think it was a blown fuse but the fusebox is in the locked closet), and we reported it the first day and Garden City said One Ocean Place had in-house maintenance and they would tell them. It was never fixed during our stay and we used an extension cord for our bathroom electronics. But otherwise the owners thought of every little detail for a vacation "home", and we would gladly stay there again. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Enjoyed our family vacation on Thomas House with our large family. GC Realty was great and responded to any requests from us. Only a couple of things, broken hose and outside sprayer which was promptly replaced. We loved the house and the wonderful thriple decks and sunroom. Was pleasantly surprised with the all art in all the rooms. Great two week vacation and the rental met all our needs Highly recommend...

Home was across the street from the beach and included our own pool and outdoor shower. Plenty of bedrooms and bathroom with the option to separate floors. Close to places to eat and go out at night plus nearby to several golf courses.

We stayed in The Wind Side B for a week in August and had a great time. The house itself was perfectly nice with very comfortable beds. It was clean and everything worked perfectly. We did not have reason to use the kitchen for cooking but found all the appliances and equipment necessary. Our main interests were cleanliness (it was), convenience to the beach (was awesome), working TV's (they worked perfect with a good cable line-up too) and great beds (as mentioned the beds were super comfortable). The location was perfect to get to the water and to the pier and the location also offered easy access down Atlantic Avenue to Hwy 17 and so many of the golf courses and other activities. I would not hesitate to stay there again and will most likely try to secure the house for another visit next summer. I look forward to returning.

Summer Breeze is a great vacation rental property. It is so close to the beach, just a step outside your back door! No dunes to walk through. It had everything our group needed for a wonderful vacation. It is located close to the pier and the restaurants/attractions in Garden City but not too busy. The artwork is the house funny (charming). I would recommend with enthusiasm! Garden City Realty do a wonderful job and make everything so easy.

We took a last minute beach trip and this unit was the only available for the time period we needed. We decided to give it a chance and we are so glad that we did. It was wonderful. We have stayed at Surf Master several other times in a 1 bedroom condo. This condo was so comfortable and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary pots, pans, dinnerware etc. The balcony was so enjoyable. The couch and king size bed was comfy. The master bathroom shower leaked (would not stay turned off) and the master bath sink stopper was broken (minor inconveniences. Overall it was fabulous and we hope to get to stay in this condo again.
