What a lovely house and a great week right after Hurricane Florence . Garden City Realty worked with us with date and we were able to get a whole week in . The house was perfect for my family . Everything was new and clean . The pool area is where we lived .Even used the fire pit one cooler night . My sons crabbed and fished all week . Because of the storm , we were able to find beautiful shells that we have never seen before . Also thinking that he had escaped a flooded river , we watched an alligator swim the Marsh one day . Lovely house , beautiful marsh views and really liked having ample parking for several vehicles . Would rent again .

The rental was great. The view was auesome. Garden city is my favorite place to go. I'm thinking about moving down there. I will be back next year if I'm not living down there yet. We always use garden city realty and we try to stay at the beach house every year.

The staff at Garden City Realty were very courteous and helpful. The 3 bedroom condo we stayed in was excellent. Roomy and well furnished. My only complaint is that in two of the bedrooms the closets were full or locked, so we had no place to hang our clothes. I would recommend the owners put in some type of hanging rack for visitors clothes. We had a great stay. Pool and hot tub were well kept and nice too.

Nice area, beautiful view, right on beach and the room was nice also. for a 1 bedroom 1 bath it had 2 entrances to nice balcony from living room and bedroom. overall great!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean & updated! Our son enjoyed the TVs in the bunk beds! We enjoyed being able to walk over to the pier to enjoy the view and have a drink or a quick bit to eat!

Boston Commons 202 is as described. Clean and comfy. My only beef is the check out time of 10am on Saturday but I also understand the policy.

I've stayed at the Compass Rose since Hugo hit and our old school beach house was swallowed by the Atlantic. I was a young boy then. Today I'm 40 and now I bring my family and three kids to the same place that I grew up vacationing in. My entire family would rent 4 or 5 of the 8 units.I've stayed in almost all of them but we keep returning to #22. We absolutely love it. Perfect views from 2nd floor, not to many steps, wonderfully decorated for the beach and just an all around feel that you belong there. It makes me smile knowing that this place is there waiting for us all winter long and the moment we do return it feels as though we never left.

We were booked for two week but only got to stay three night because of hurricane Florence. However the house was very nice, clean and kitchen well stocked. Can’t think of anything negative about the house or location. Will booked again. Very satisfied with the time we were there.

We’ve used GC Realty before & were so happy to use them again! Everyone is SO friendly! We stayed in Beach House 206 & it was A DREAM!!! Right on the ocean, modern, clean AND a bonus of awesome outdoor furniture that I didn’t know we would have!!! Can’t wait to return!!!

truly fabulous 2nd time we stayed there this year. 3 times in past 2 yrs.house lives up to its name .. the sunsets from the inlet decks are great for the photographer or photographers at heart to capture. prior to finding this house we stayed ocean front BUT this house and setting doesnot hold a candle to the ocean front homes we have stayed in .. and beach access is across street .. 4 GENERATIONS have shared this house and is accessible to all .. THANK YOU.

The house & pool are wonderful! Unfortunately, we had to evacuate for Florence on Tuesday & didn't get near enough time there. We look forward to trying it again next year. We have rented through GCR for many years & their service was great, as always. Thanks.

The condo that we stayed in our nice,comfortable & clean. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were in need of repair but that did not hinder our stay. Beautiful view, nice pool.
