Our vacation week was cut short due to Hurricane Florence! The time we had there was wonderful. We loved the view, the unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Furniture was modern and we had all the extras ( TV in each bedroom and big screen TV in the living area. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a complete meal to be prepared. Loved the screened in porch and pool. Access to the beach was great. We plan to rent again in the summer of 2019! Price was great and we liked the linen package included.

Just a note of thanks for the 80% reservation refund for our Florence-ruined vacation in Garden City. We hope to be able to vacation there next year, as we were looking forward to being first-timers to your beach and the Surf Master condos.

Our prayers continue for those NC & SC people affected by the hurricane and the beautiful environment in both states that will need recovery.

Again, thank you for considering, keeping to your spoken word, and refunding at least part of the monies paid as we did not purchase the insurance. You can be assured we will next time!

This is a nice condo right on the beach with a large private deck. It was clean, with some new appliances. The fridge would need a replacement, it was making a lot of noise. Mattresses were OK, I’ve seen better but I’ve also seen worst. This property - the Afterdeck - really takes care of their building. They were the first to get things going when Hurricane Florence was looming. They were the first last year after a Tropical Storm passed to have their deck repaired. There’s also a nice pool that is in the sun most of the day so the water is warm. As usual, great service from Garden City Realty. Just wished they’d have special pricing for stays of 3 weeks and more in September. Would definitely return!

A+++ We just spent 10 days here in September and it was one of the best vacations we’ve had. Clean, beautiful condo and the view was amazing. Pool was very clean also. Will definitely continue to stay here and planning to purchase a condo at Surfmaster in the next few years.

The unit was very very clean!!! The addition of the pool was great!!! We had a choice of walking across the street to the beach or down the back stairs into the pool. The house was petty friendly so our dogs enjoyed the vacation too!!! Backyard area is totally fenced in. highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay.

We had 6 adults staying in the home. Home was very clean and well decorated. The hot tub was not working, but that was resovled as quickly as possible.

The condo was wonderful. Very nice and perfect for all of the family. Of course, since a Mandatory Evacuation was issued we did not get to enjoy everything we had planned to do. I recommend this Condo. Hate that we had to leave.
