Beautiful condo. Perfect location. Very clean and well-maintained. The balcony was large with plenty of furniture from which to enjoy the view of the ocean. We were able to use the available beach chairs instead of having to rent them. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Beautiful beach home! Lots of fine amenities! Lovely decor, clean, spacious. Great pool and hot tub! Right on the beach! Only issue was that it was biker week and the house sits on a busy road. It was very noisy and we will make sure we do not go during that week again! Otherwise it was Great!!

This vacation rental was perfect. It was just the right amount of space for my family. The private pool was great for the kids to have fun without disturbing others. The view of the ocean was amazing.

We had a very relaxing time. Enjoyed the inlet. Fishing and crabbing in our own little backyard. Should add a couple of small tables of some sort on the back and front porch to sit your drinks. Overall a nice place! Enjoyed our stay.

We found the condo to be well furnished and comfortable. The screened porch was nice. Kitchen was adequate. Although somewhat dated, all appliances and bathrooms were clean and operated nicely. Pool was clean although sign was posted saying it was closed early in the week (Oct. 1). Elevator was not working most of the week but we were on first floor so not too much of an issue. Master bed was VERY comfortable. We slept well all week.

We love Madam Butterfly and come every year for the month of September when the weather is great (barring hurricanes) and the beach is not crowded. The size is perfect for the two of us and a guest or two. It is clean and stocked with paper and cleaning products,as well as any kitchen gagdet you might want. There are enough dishes, etc. to feed an army. .

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Sun Dial 21. All in all the place was great. A little noise from upstairs tenants that came in late at night on their Harley Bikes, but overall we had a wonderful time.

Our week at Garden City could not have gone better. Weather was excellent as was the unit (Waterforde 403) we stayed in. The unit had great ocean and inlet views and appeared to have been recently renovated. The gated, under roof parking was also a plus.

Checking in was a breeze and everyone was professional and very nice. They have plenty of luggage carriers available to take luggage to condo. As soon as you open the door you have an amazing view of the ocean. This condo has higher end furnishings and great personal touches!!! It was definitely a great place to unwind and relax. I’m looking forward to staying here again. It is a beautiful condo with an outstanding view!!! Thank you so much for making it feel like it was my home away from home.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. Me and my husband Michael brought my Mom down she is handicap,she hadn't been to Beach in awhile. We loved the room it was very clean and beautiful. It is nice when you go on vacation and knowing the room you stay in is took care of. It was priceless when we got in room and Mom was tickled with it and seeing the beach. The condo was just what we expected. Close to the Beach, Great View and close to things we wanted to do. I would like to see closer parking to the condo for guests/visitors. I also think that the mattresses in each room needs to be updated. Everything else was just fine.
