Loved the location of this condo. Wish there was more storage. The owner had excess old blankets, mattress covers, pillows in the bedroom closets - both on shelf and on floor-we could have used that storage for shoes and clothes. Balcony and high top table furniture were wonderful. Need hooks on back of doors. Check in at GC Realty on 6/29 was a nightmare. We had to pick up part of our party at airport at 5:30 and I didn't think we would make it. Overall though, a great week.

We have stayed at this house for several years and have found it to be perfect for our family. The location is a good walk from the pier and the beach is not too crowded. The owners keep this house in good condition and clean. We spend as much time in the pool as on the beach. The little ones love it! The only drawback was that we couldn’t get in till after 4:00 this year and the check in process was cumbersome.

We had a great time again this year at Jim Mel Lou! We had 8 adults, 3 kids and an infant and there was plenty of room for all. The property is not highly updated, but it is comfortable and we had everything we needed. it is beachfront, so the walk is short and easy. Garden City is such a great family beach! The beach is not too crowded and the pier and arcade are great family fun. Go to Neal and Pam's in Surfside on Monday night for Trivia and the Conch Cafe is good food on the beach!

I loved this place. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. It was better than advertised. The only complaint I have is that the week went bad too fast. I can’t wait to go back.

It was a great vacation with just a few little problems. I wish I had been notified that the clothes dryer was broken so I would have known to bring more clothes and the pool was not very clean even after I talked to the pool man it still was not cleaned very well and there are no lights in or around the pool

Life's Good on Easy Street is a nice, well-maintained property. The location, layout, and amenities were all accurately noted in the property description. We would definitely consider the property in the future and would recommend to both friends and family.

The house is in a great location, the only thing that the it needs is a dishwasher, recycling bins and more trash bins. When we arrived Saturday 6/29/19 the one trash bin was running over and boxes on the ground. The trash was pick up Monday 7/01/19 and I placed our trash and the trash on the ground in the empty bin and filled it up so I had no place to put the remainder of the weeks trash but on the ground. Very clean house, great customer service.
I would recommend this house!
