We had a wonderful stay this year (last year the hurricane kept us away). The condo was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. We have been coming to One Ocean Place for over 30 years now and it never ceases to amaze me that the property management company seems not to have a little note that we are repeat guests and about how many times we've used their services. We started when they were still Condotel. We love eating at Lee's Inlet Kitchen. Also, we were so happy to see that the former Flo's Place had reopened as American Steak and Oyster Bar.

The unit was perfect.
The only problem I had was with the building/resort. The elevator had back of glass. Unfortunately I have fear of heights and five flights of stars to much for me. Although uncomfortable, I closed my eyes and got through lol.
I don’t think I’ll be able to chose that resort again and I’m very sorry as I loved everything else.


I loved everything except the elevator. I have a fear of heights and the elevator had a glass back panel which made it seem very open—hard for me to handle!

We stayed at this property for a week in October and it was perfect. My husband, dog and I loved the deck which in my opinion is the best feature of the home. Such a perfect and relaxing view with the option to sit under the covered deck or in the sun! The home was very well maintained, clean, and decorated nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely laid back. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. We will be booking this home for every vacation from now on!

This home is meticulously maintained and very well decorated with cheery bright colors and cute accents. The location is perfect! We had a short 2 min walk to the beach and the coffee shop. The home has detailed instructions for every component in the home from light switches to remotes, to make you feel even more relaxed and at home. Our dogs loved the access to green area and the lack of carpet in the home makes the space feel clean, being pet friendly. It was a little chilly to use the pool, but looks very refreshing! We’re already planning our next stay here. By far the nicest and most relaxing home we’ve stayed in the Garden City area.
