We had a great stay at Beach House 305. We were in Garden City with some of our Middle School students who attended the FCA Retreat. The kids stayed at the Garden City Chapel, but during their free time, we brought them to the condo to play on the beach and hang out. This is the 4th year we've stayed in this condo and we've always enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything we need and is always clean. We like that it is on the beach so we can keep a close eye on the kids when they are with us. We've never had a maintenance issue with this property. We reserve this property through Garden City Realty and they are always very helpful with our reservation and check in/out. There is shopping and restaurants within a couple miles so everything we need is nearby. We plan to stay here again next year.

We have stayed for a number of years at Surf Master in a number of different units. This year we were in 803 and it was beautiful. The weather for the whole week was wonderful. The last few years we stayed in 103, and it suits us best. It can sleep 10 and there are 8 of us. There is adequate deck furniture and kitchen chairs. So we prefer that unit.

North Charleston

We just returned from a four day getaway with family and friends. We chose to stay at Mariposa in Long Bay Estates. This was our second time enjoying this beautiful home. The layout of the home is convenient with room for twelve, and more, if necessary.. with six elegantly appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, there is privacy even in a crowd. A fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating for many make the home perfect for large groups. Careful attention to the details of decor and cozy comfort complete the package. Mariposa is a vacation spot that deserves an encore!

This condo was about as good as it gets. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We have stayed in several of the other oceanfront high-rises in Garden City and this one tops them all. Also, the staff at Garden City Realty was very efficient, as well as helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed this home. We noticed a couple of things like small holes in the walls in a couple of rooms, 3 or 4 globes on the kitchen chandelier were broken and the connecting door on the deck to the other duplex was broken. Other than that, which really didn't affect us, we truly loved our stay.

From the moment we walked in the door we did not want to leave. The ocean views were unsurpassed whether relaxing on the patio or lounging on the sofa (and I must mention the view from the king size bed!) We had all the comforts of home in addition to the view. We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to spend our vacation.

We are returning Surfmaster guests but this was our first stay in Unit 304. Every time you open the front door and step inside, you are greeted with the most beautiful ocean views. The property is exactly as described and we found past reviews helpful. The third floor location of this condo made access easy from the stairs or elevator. Garden City is the perfect location. You can travel north into the heart of Myrtle Beach or travel south and be in Murrells Inlet in 5 minutes. We will return and we look forward to more relaxing days spent just steps from the beach.

Overall experience was great minus a few interruptions! One unexpected interruption was delivery of a heat pump and then another by workers installing it and 3 other times by workers either cleaning pool or setting temp on pump or just checking on the pool area walkway. I would suggest that the workers try and do repairs or installation when guest are not there using the home. I would not come when they are using pool or block the driveway. Other than this happening we enjoyed Poohs Corner!

Thanks to the work of Garden City Realty and the generosity of property owner, JoAnne, a vacation lost to a hurricane evacuation was able to be made up a couple months down the road despite opting out of travel insurance. Weather was incredible for late October and we really enjoy the charm of Beach House 109 and the amenities of the complex in general.
