Liked the attached gated parking garage.
Liked having elevators.
Liked multiple luggage carts.
Liked the huge private balcony with furniture.
Liked the nice ensuite washer/dryer.
Liked the kitchen appliances and modern appliances. Liked the nice bed covers. Lighting dimm in bathroom. Covid doesnt permit pool deck furniture. Didnt like that the pool was not heated sept 18-24, too cold to use.outdoor temp was 72, oddly cool this time of year. Garden city agents are wonderful. They were very welcoming on arrival. Checkin easy and no check out required. I would rent thru Garden city realty again.

Very clean and cozy place. The furniture and kitchen is outdated but still lovely. The comforters were not clean but sheets and pillow cases were.

The Compass Rose 12 is an awesome property. Great location, views, and plenty of room. The Condo was clean and well kept. We look forward, if available, to make this property our property of choice for our annual Labor Day trip!

We stayed at Surf Masters, Unit 106, It was an amazing Condo, with a fabulous view of the Ocean. The King size bed was so comfortable. I stayed in many Condominium and this Unit was the best one by far. My Husband and I were in August, and we are going back the end of October. I can’t wait till we get there.

The house and views were absolutely amazing. Sitting on the front porch listening to the ocean in the morning was so peaceful. Then sitting on the deck and down by the inlet in the evening was pure calmness! We loved this house and will definitely be staying again.

We have stayed at several different Condominium complexes in Garden City and One Ocean Place was the best. Our unit was clean and well maintained , making us feel comfortable and right at home. The spacious patio was able to comfortably accommodate the whole family and the view was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

We love garden city beach and come nearly every year. We did not know what to expect this year under the circumstances but were delightfully surprised. Check in and check out were very easy and the condo itself was wonderful. We definitely hope to stay again.
