Took my entire family to Garden City Beach for a our 2020 summer family vacation. There were 11 of us and we stayed at the Drift Wood House. We had more than enough room and the property was well maintained. This was our second vacation to
Garden City and the second time I rented this same property. We had our own private pool which the kids loved.I would definitely recommend this property to others. We had a great time and like doing business with Garden City Realty. It's a great location and we do plan on a return trip.

Beautiful and very chic property. State of the art appliances. Breathtaking views of the ocean in master and living area. Very comfy beds and couches.
Big spacious bathrooms. Completely stocked kitchen, had more than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The best part was the balcony. Huge with 2 sitting spaces with rocking chairs and comfy outdoor couch and chairs.
Nice pools and hot tubs. Wish they were open past 9:00pm.
Nice clean access to beach . Beach wasn’t too crowded at all. We would love to stay here again. Everything was just as it should be.

Property is in a great location,great view of the inlet. One of the best pools in Garden City. More than enough space for 8 people. Clean and well equipped (awesome charcoal grill). Be prepared for a lot of stairs.

We love this house! This will be our third year staying here. It’s always very clean and the kitchen has EVERYTHING! The covered pool is small but perfect for kids and rainy days. The beds are also very comfortable. We have not found any other house as great as this one!
