From booking to checkout, Garden City Realty made our vacation an unforgettable one. Always very quick to respond to questions before our arrival, check in/out was a breeze! The rental was in very good shape, layout and appliances were just as described. However, couldn't find a broom in the house and the master bath could really use a shower of its own. Other than that everything was modern and updated. A/C worked very well which was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this particular rental to a friend or other relatives and I'm sure we'll be booking another stay in 2022 for ourselves.

Ice cream at the pier was a short walk away and we enjoyed visiting Broadway at the Beach and Murrells Inlet for dinner on a couple of nights. The property is also far enough away from the piers and condo units to avoid crowding and enjoy many peaceful quiet days on the beach as we did. Can't wait to visit again!

IP 29 has only one bathroom whereas other units have one and a half. Great location overlooking the bay. It needs a little updating in the bathroom but very comfortable and functional.

We had an amazing week. Five of us were able to comfortably stay in this unit since the second bedroom has twin over double bunk beds. All major appliances worked, kitchen was well stocked and you can't beat the location. We will be back!

Overall our unit was really nice and clean. Loved the oceanfront view, one of the best! The master bathroom could use some updating - plastic shower curtain needs changing and the ice maker in the freezer did not work.

We found this rental to be just as described. The condo was clean and efficient. The added linens were wonderful. Garden City never disappoints and this condo helped enhance our experience with a perfect view and the amenities were wonderful to enjoy. We only have two things that would make it perfect - 1) the fitted sheets didn't fit properly. Maybe deep pocket sheets would fit better. 2) the beach umbrella rentals were so close together that it blocked access to the beach. It was a great inconvenience for both the umbrella renters and those making their way to the beach. Lifeguard seemed not to care about the wall of umbrellas.
Other than those two items we had a wonderful vacation and would rent here again.

I loved the condo and the view except for one thing...could not connect with WiFi...I called the number and the guy said there was a problem would have it fixed later that day...that was Tuesday...still could not connect all week ...we left on Saturday evening...only reason for 3 stars...not sure I would recommend if u need WiFi......

The condo worked out perfectly for us, except for the pullout bed. It was very uncomfortable as we had to sleep on it because mattress was dirty looking and rusted. Need new pillows for all sleeping areas. Blanket for couch had to be washed.
