This is a very nice condo, recently updated with all the amenities promised. View from balcony is a combination of parking area and ocean view. The only negative is the full size bed in 2nd bedroom could be improved.

A great unit with a nicely equipped kitchen. We loved the leather electric recliners and cozy living room. However, the mattresses and bedding in both bedrooms were not as comfy as the rest of the condo.

Strike II was perfect for us. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The handle on the refrigerator was broken but that's easily fixed. I would suggest updating to a Keurig and curtains in the master bedroom. It's very bright!

I've stayed at Surf Master for many years and never been disappointed. In recent years, I noticed some units needs updates but NOT THIS ONE. It is decorated beautifully, super clean, and comfortable. Top of the line furnishings and appliances like blender, coffee maker, etc. HUGE TV made me feel like I was at the movies. As always there is no views that are bad at Surf Master, the ocean looks so close you can reach out and touch it. This will definitely be one of our new favorite condos.

We had a wonderful time in Room 106. We have stayed there twice. We love the location near the steps and overlooking the pool and hottub from the side. The room has plenty of kitchen amenities, comfy sofas, and I LOVED rocking my little guy to sleep in that rocker/swivel chair overlooking the moon on the ocean at night. We feel at home here. The staff at Garden City Realty were amazing to us even know they are short-staffed due to the pandemic. We never felt slighted. Thank you Garden City Realty, Surfmaster, and Condo 106 for being part of our lasting memories!

We had an amazing experience with our stay at the Flip Flop Inn! We couldn’t have asked for anything to be better!! The house is absolutely adorable-love LOVE all of the beach decor!!! And the house was spotless! I believe we were one of the first to have the bedding service provide sheets for all of the beds-which worked out perfectly-all sanitized and shrink-wrapped and ready to use! (So thank you for that!) Even though it is a dog friendly house, there were no signs of dogs having stayed there at all! Loved the front porch coffee in the mornings with my husband, and the evenings sipping wine and chatting about everything in life! The TVs all worked great in all of the rooms, and the large table was amazing!!!❤️ We have a special needs daughter, and dining at home was SOOO much easier for us-had some very tasty meals! The whole trip was so much more relaxing for us that we would do it again in a heartbeat! Rental company was super pleasant to work with as well-very easy to reserve our spot and everything was right on time! Thanks for a highly enjoyable vacation!!

This is our second time staying in condo 106. We love the view of the ocean. The location is close to shopping and grocery stores. We spend quite a bit on the patio. Check in was super easy. The central air works well, but it is very noisy. They give you plenty of towels. I would stay here again.
