This was our fourth stay at Surfmaster by the Sea. We loved every condo we stayed in but decided to splurge this year and rent Penthouse D. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. There was enough seating for all of us in the living room and at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. We spent a lot of time out on the huge deck and in the large hot tub. Of course one of our favorite things about Surfmaster is the gorgeous view due to the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. The decor is beachy and provided the best vacation vibe. I’ve read complaints about the small bathrooms. The bathrooms are small but in no way impacted our vacation and they are beautifully decorated. We highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay here again.

The entire family loves coming to this house for our annual family reunion. The private pool is a favorite feature, as well as the close location to the beach. Our only request would be new mattresses for some of the rooms.

We enjoy Ocean Air. The ability to have all of us in one place at least once a year comfortably is an incredible blessing.
I was happy to see things mentioned in my previous review addressed. New stove, serving dishes and a vacuum cleaner. Thank you.
What would be a great addition to the property would be more seating near pool area, specifically bar seats for the bar.
Ps kudos on maintenance addressing issues in less than 24 hours.

We love staying in Garden City and the Beach House is the perfect location for us. The condos are well kept and the area is safe. We enjoyed renting with Garden City Reality because of the communication and friendly staff.

Had a great vaca. Granddaughter was in competition dancing. Easy access to downtown Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Lots of sun snd sand in our downtime. Great Vondo for the price!

Location is perfect. The condo is nice. We’ve stayed in this same condo the last two years. The blinds weren’t in great shape last year and we’re still in bad shape. Need replaced! Still a few stains in the carpet, but overall is a nice condo!

Home was in a great location and the home was beautifully decorated. The only issue I had was the difficulty with the key lock. I contacted maintenance right away and they were very prompt at responding, unfortunately it wasn’t resolved and It was difficult getting in every time. Hopefully the go to a keyless lick in the future. I was there for 2 weeks and had an awesome time.

Rental was clean, nice furniture, perfect quiet location away from the activity. Pretty marsh view and boat view.

5th year in a row staying in unit 1102. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. We see a lot of the same people every year and have made friends that we look forward to seeing every year on the beach. Very clean, very nice updated unit.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in Doctor's Orders and we love this house and the location. The only issue I have is the AC vent in the bathroom on the 1st floor. It blows wide open and there is no way of blocking the air while taking a shower. But other than that it is an awesome home. We will be booking it next year if all goes well.

This place was wonderful. Just a few blocks to the beach. The pool got shade in the afternoon and had comfortable furniture to sit on. House was big enough and the sofas were very comfortable.

Our vacation went seamless. We did not have any problems with the location - it was incredible and right on the beach. The unit was awesome and very clean. It had everything you would ever need in the kitchen. The Property Management Company was thorough and quick to respond. We will definitely book here again!
