We had the best week in Surfside! The Portofino III 321A is a beautiful home, very clean and well kept. You could easily notice all the personal details the homeowners put into this home - it was not just a basic "cookie cutter" beach house. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. I was concerned that the public parking beside the house would make our area of the beach too crowded, but it did not! Most of those people were in and out after riding the banana boat or parasailing. The house is in a good location, plenty of parking and the beach was not overcrowded. We will be staying here again!

Very satisfied with the house the pool and the location. Very good experience for family. Would highly recommend to other people. The only thing I would do different would be the check in experience . I would make sure each house had a key code to enter and not just a Key. We have stayed at other rental properties before and the key code was emailed to us and we didn’t have to stop at the realty company. Other than that, a five star recommendation from our family. It was awesome!

We loved our vacation rental experience. It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The place was clean and had everything I needed when making food for the week. It was clean upon arrival and I loved the fact I did not have to provide my own linens.

Unit was as pictured. Very private and clean. Well decorated and all of the furniture was comfortable. Just one small hiccup with the door lock but that was fixed with one phone call.

This vacation rental is in a great location! We loved the easy access to the beach. This was our second year at this house. House is exactly as described. Does need a few updates like the faucet in the kitchen. Hard to turn off. Really had to work with it. The stove could use an update too. Takes a long time to heat up. One suggestion I would make is to have 2 refrigerators. When you have 14 people space in the frig is tight. None of these things would not make me choose another house. Overall, I would love to come back to this house!!

Going Coastal was a perfect place for our big family. The pool was great to have and the beach was a 1/2 black away. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were very pleased.

House was impressive. Very clean and nice floorplan.
Location to beach and pool was perfect. Parking was tight but livable. Would like to have seen a gas grill but made due with charcoal. Rental crew very helpful and cleaning crew did a fine job getting us in early in the day. Next visit we will make sure we get a golf cart to travel the area. Everyone there had one but us.

I will never stay anywhere else. From the ease of communication during the booking process to the courtesy call to let me know my unit was clean and ready for us, outstanding customer service. The unit was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds - with a million dollar view. It is a must stay place!

We did enjoy the house and the location is close to the beach. The only things I would point out that the house lacks is; an ice maker, and a grill. The master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable either. It was easy to book online, and check in and out was also easy.

This condo is awesome. Comfortable furniture with a fabulous view. Only complaint was the lack of lamps in all of the bedrooms. I assume the owners will rectify that next season. If you like to read in bed bring a book lite or Kindle Fire.
