You could not ask for a better location. This house is literally a block from the beach access area, and in my opinion, the most beautiful house on the block. The rooms are spacious. The showers were a little difficult for us given that my family height ranges from 5'8" to 6'2" for the adults, but we managed. If your family is shorter, you will be fine. The shower outside is amazing though. The pool is well kept, and we actually had a visitor in there one morning... a crab! Don't worry, we returned it to its home.
The area is like its own little town. You have to try the italian ice on the pier! I will warn you that because the beach is near the pier, you will probably have several shark sightings. There was also someone setting off fireworks every night, but we were there during senior week. When we went to check in, we had to wait like an hour to get our key. This might have been because of COVID though. Overall, we had a great time!

This unit is nicely furnished and designed. Loved the flooring and the balcony. The updated bathrooms were a nice treat. The couch was alittle stained and the washer/dryer was somewhat touch and go. The wall in the master needs some work. Overall the unit has amazing views and my family was comfortable.

The unit was clean & roomy & the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the lack of a dresser in the bedroom with the king bed w/bunk bed top. That's a negative for a condo. Even motel rooms have dressers. The only other issue was the delayed check-in time. Yes, we had a strange year but property managers should have hired more help. We lived up to rental terms, they should also. We lost 2 days due to this as you always lose check-out day.

This property had enough beds for my whole family and was nicely kept up. We specifically wanted a place with a pool and an elevator and this place had both. The only thing bad I can say is the older adults in the pool area were drinking most nights and using foul language that I didn't want my grandchildren hearing. Since our rental was right by the pool, we couldn't even stay on the balconies many nights. Otherwise, it was a nice place with good accommodations.

We had a great family vacation in Garden City! We loved the location of our villa and the easy access to the beach and pool. The landscaping was beautiful and well-maintained.

We have rented from Garden City Realty for the past 2 years and have already reserved the Rusty Pelican for our 2022 vacation. It is the perfect house, great location and amenities. The Rental company is great to deal with (friendly and professional). We had an issue with the pool and within 15 minutes the pool company arrived. Looking forward to 2022 at the Rusty Pelican.

We stayed at the Dreamscaper rental property July 17-24, 2021. Check-in was very easy. Staff at the reality company were quick to answer questions and made the start of our vacation completely painless. The house itself was well maintained and stocked with the necessities. The reality company gave us a complimentary basket with laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and paper towels. The only thing in the house that was less than stellar was the washer/dryer. The washer would turn itself off within the first 5-10 minutes. The dryer also took at least 4 cycles of 70 minutes on the high setting to fully dry clothes. Other than the laundry issue, we had no other complaints during our stay. The pool was kept at a good temperature and was very clean. A pool maintenance man came on Tuesday and cleaned. Check-out was also very easy. I would highly suggest the Dreamscaper property for rental by a family/friend group for their vacation. The rental company was top-notch and I would rent from them again.

Being oceanfront was so handy. If you wanted something to eat for lunch you where only steps away. Being able to set on the porch in the evening was so relaxing. Sleeping with the door open hearing the ocean made for a good sleep.
