My daughter and I had a great stay at Sea Cloisters II. The road was actually closer for repair right in front of the complex, which was a blessing in disguise as there was no through traffic. Aside from a mildly angry Goose population that decided to take up residence on the road, parking was very convenient. Nice smaller pool area with a landing that led directly to the sand. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

First time staying at this house. We loved it! Great view from the back deck and only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Loved being in Georgetown when we got to the beach because we could take our pup without limited times. Kids loved fishing off the deck and my 9 year old caught her first fish! Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Definitely a great house!

I loved staying in this cute, little condo. It was so close to the beach, pool and stairs! Everything was clean and the furniture was nice. The condo was a little small. I had a pack and play for my baby, and the only floor space in any bedroom that was big enough for it, was right next to the sliding doors in the master bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit outdated and the master shower is small. However, I felt like I was on the beach while sitting in the living room, Because it was so close! Very beautiful view! I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience! The house was open and spacious. All 4 bedrooms were decent size as well as both full bathrooms. The great room looked out onto the ocean no matter where you were sitting. Most enjoyable was the covered porch/deck on the beach side. The deck was large and offered privacy with a great view of the beach. Deck led to a private walkway to the ocean!!!!!! We loved this house and the location. Will definitely be going back.

The oceanside stairwell in this building continues to be a major safety hazard. For the third year in a row, the stair treads are loose going up all four stories, and there is standing water on the steps every time it rains. I'm really surprised the condo owners & condo association have not repaired or replace the treads considering it poses a major safety/liability issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Grammies Playhouse. The pool was phenomenal. We had some hot days coming a week in August but the pool was very refreshing and clean. We only spent a couple evenings in the hot tub but it was great as well. It had a light that changed colors. As did the pool. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. Lots of extra blankets and throw rugs for in the baths in the closets. Lots of games, cards, coloring books, crayons for the kids & adults . The house was clean and well kept. We loved the pier and we rented a golf cart so we could run down to the pier and little shops although it was an easy maybe 3 block walk. The pier was awesome with the arcade and bars and food. We could easily see the ocean from the front deck. Every morning we had our coffee there to start the day and an evening cocktail and watched people & golf carts stroll by before retiring to bed. Most nights there were fireworks being set off. It was wonderful. I had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and Grammies Playhouse was great. There were beach chairs to take to the beach & a cart to carry them all. The beach access was right down from the house making it very convenient.
My only complaint was that the ice maker was not working. We did call the maintenance department but he said he couldn’t fix it and it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. So that was a bummer. We drank lots of drinks with ice. We went and bought ice ourselves.
The outside light also was not working but he did fix that.

This condo is beautifully decorated , clean and spacious. Location is perfect and the pool and elevator are definitely an added bonus. Parking is a little tricky but they do have an overflow lot. Would definitely rent this unit again!
