This house is in a great location - a short block from the beach on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Pool, hot tub, and pool deck were fabulous. House had plenty of amenities, was clean and well-maintained. We had 2 small maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. Short drive to plenty of restaurants and easy access to a grocery store. Definitely recommend this property.

The process was easy and the location was perfect. The furniture was a bit worn, 3 grey felt chairs has damaged legs; we couldn't use them. The dresser in the room with 2 beds has broken draws and the veneer on the night table was cracking.

The condo was wonderful- clean, updated, great view overlooking pool and beach!
Only downer was the beach had an umbrella line of rentals and you aren’t allowed to be in front of them. No reflection on the unit because it was amazing.

This was our first stay in Garden City (first week of August). We've stayed many places up and down the coast. The room was great, just as advertised! A few minor repairs were needed but were quickly taken care of. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony was fantastic! Our only complaint was that the beach was quite crowded and you are not allowed to put your umbrella up in front of their line of rental umbrellas and chairs, county ordinance apparently, and the lifeguards at this location enforce it even though you can see others do not. Two of the lifeguards were also somewhat rude when I spoke to them about this. Overall, however, we loved our stay there.

I was very happy with my stay. The condo was very nice and it was clean. It was also very roomy with having six people stay in one condo.
