We LOVE the Beach House and will continue to rent for years to come. This year, we stayed in Beach House 317 - our second visit to this unit. All in all, it was a fantastic week in a comfortable and spacious unit and an amazing view.

We called the realty company for five light bulbs that were out as well as a broken coffee maker. They came quickly with replacements.

The outdoor deck furniture is tired and probably in need of replacement soon (broken table, oversized lounge chair in small(er) space, broken stereo system).

The community is wonderful - and the new exterior paint job is FANTASTIC! We look forward to seeing it when it's completely finished.

The condo itself is in a great location, close to everything and across the street from the beach. Everything was in the home EXCEPT an internet connection so that was a setback due to the fact that I was not able to log in for work. Other than that, the place is PERFECT!

We had a great time! The drawback was the house had ants to contend with. Garden City sent someone to spray but they were still there. We were compensated for lost food. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. The vents needed cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would rent there again.

We had a great time. Our party of six loved the location and the easy drive to the great restaurants in Murrell’s Inlet. The access to the beach was effortless as you can step off the property and have your beach chair in the sand. The wind made it difficult to enjoy the beach as much as we had hoped. We usually stay in the north and had never experienced wind this much. I don’t know if it is usually like this or just a weather pattern rolling through. The house itself was perfect for us. My only complaint was the size of the master bedroom. With a king bed, it was difficult to move around if you had to get up in the middle of the night. I had some bruised shins from banging them off the bed. We would have loved a hot tub as well but we knew the rental didn’t have one before arriving. The check in process was really smooth and easy as our house was available very early which was great. We would rent again in the future.
