210 One Ocean Place is a spacious, 3 bedroom condo with a newly renovated living area. The unit is on the second floor directly above the pool, but noise was never an issue, as the pool closes at 9 pm.
The kitchen and bathrooms could use an update, but they are clean and fully functional as is.
2 complaints, both fairly minor:
1. There are only two parking spots allotted for this condo. Any additional vehicles have to be parked in a overflow lot on Route 17 about a mile away.
2. As others have noted, there are only two plastic chairs on the spacious balcony. We knew this ahead of time and brought some of our own, but it would be nice if the owner splurged for a few more chairs.
Other than those minor issues, we loved the condo and would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay, excellent water pressure in showers. Master bath sink would not get hot water, sink and tub drained very slowly. Kitchen cabinets could use some paint or updating.

This was the first time staying here and my husband & I love the location and the view of the sunrises were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was so clean and perfect. The view was amazing. The staff at Atalaya Towers were so nice and helpful with any and everything!!! The management at Garden City Realty were very nice and helpful also. I definitely couldn’t beat the rate and the fun I had on this trip! I did NOT want to leave! The view was perfect and so were the amenities! Excellent location, .5 mile walking distance to the pier and shops/food! Hopefully I will own one of these condos in the near future because this is where I would choose!!! But until then, yes, I will definitely be back!!!!!

This house is amazing! The view is breathtaking! You get the best of both worlds with the inlet access and the beach access. Very nicely decorated and well kept.

Beautiful home, great location. Very close to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. Cleaning good have been better, looks like one of the bedrooms was not cleaned.

We have stayed in unit 212 several times. It is clean, but lighting is poor and it needs a new couch. I know there is work being done the complex but hall in common area need to be cleaned once in a while. They were very dirty.

Wow! What a beautiful condo! It was perfect! The nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in at Garden City. Spent most of our time on the balcony in the great chairs!! Would love to stay in this same place every visit!!

This house was nearly perfect ! It is on the inlet with a fishing dock, and a salt water pool . A simple 2 block walk (or golf cart ride ) to the beach ! The kitchen was lacking in pot holders and mixing bowls . The upstairs inlet side bathroom fan does not work . And the pool
Could have been better heated for April Spring Break! ( other houses we have rented give access to heating the pool for a little extra - we would have gladly done so!) Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay at Pooh’s Corner !

This was an absolutely wonderful condo to stay in. It had almost 180 degree view of the ocean. The peaceful waves sounds during the night gave me a refreshing sleep. Excellent seafood restaurants, such as Sara J's, Driftwood, Crabby Dan's all within 15 minutes or less.

Nice decor with updated furnishings and floor. Need to provide a Keurig. Overall clean except cabinet trimmings and floor moldings. Like provided carts. Nice calm experience.

Sheets on beds did not stay on beds. Need deep pocket sheets. Kitchen was well stocked. Inside pool was nice but did not like location of outside pool

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The house was clean, large and had amazing ocean views. The open floor plan was great for us. The entire back of the house is all large sliders and let’s in so much natural light. We had an amazing family vacation.
