Garden City Realty is our go-to for fun, family-filled fellowship every year!

Our family reunites from all corners at Grammie's Playhouse every year. We are super excited to be able to do it again in a few short weeks. It is the highlight of our year and the greatest gift I can give my 75-year-old mother, who adores going on our annual beach trip and seeing all five of her children and their families. Grammie's is ideally located and even allows my mom to bring her dog!

We have been staying at Inlet Pointe 33 for over ten years. The employees are always professional and easy to deal with.

Our entire family (over 100 people) has been coming forever. It started in Daytona years back, moved to Surfside, then eventually to Garden City. This will be the 55th trip to what we call Shaw Beach Week. Consistently a great week. I am looking forward to it.

It is a lovely home, with fun family pictures everywhere. We enjoyed the space, under the building, in the building and at the pool. We also appreciated Garden City Realty's excellent response to normal issues of air conditioning and 'chirping" smoke detector.

We rented 13 cottages in Wachesaw for my daughter’s wedding. This cottage was perfect. Great location for walking back and forth to the venue and we enjoyed watching tennis being played outside our screened porch. Would rent again!

The property at Horizon East was very well kept and our room was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. The only situation we experienced was there was an extra added security feature to get into the building and there was no instructions on how to get in. Luckily there was a guest that had came out and helped us get in the building.
