Loved our stay at Surfmaster. Beautiful view, well furnished kitchen. We had two issues: a broken pipe under the kitchen sink that was either not reported by the previous guest or not fixed by maintenance. There was a pan catching the water and before we realized it was there, it ran out into the cabinet and floor. We called mtnce and they came quickly and fixed it. Second issue was the chaise lounge on the balcony was broken and couldn't be used. We informed the maintenance guy, but he said it was up to the owner to replace. Other than these 2 things, we loved the condo and would definitely go back.

Things that needed attention were cared for quickly. However, the elevator was problematic on the ground level.

We enjoyed the antics of porpoise pods while we ate breakfast.

Spring Grove

Amazing Grace was a very nice rental property. It was close to the beach and had a nice pool. But like all rentals it had some minor issues. King bed on the very top floor mattress is very thin and hard. The floors still had a lot of black dog hair from I’m guess who stayed before us. Other then a few minor details everything was great.

Newly updated large spacious unit. Living room furniture comfortable and in good shape. The decor in the kitchen is very attractive. One downside is the bed in the master is a queen- not a king. Also, the master bath needs a bit if attention. The kitchen is well equipped and made dinners for 6 pretty easy. Loved having a slow cooker and lots of pots and pans. Loved the new check out procedure and key-less lock on the unit. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great views with everything needed for a week at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. Unit was clean except master shower curtain had excessive mold & that shower did not drain well. Third year in a row at Surfmaster & 3rd different unit. We love the location and security.

We have stayed at One Ocean Place before- love the location, steps to the beach, This unit is very nice, updated. It is right next to the top level of the garage so easy to unload luggage, groceries. We did have a problem with the sink leaking, someone came to fix it as soon as we called. We’ll be back!

Narrows

We always love staying at South Winds. Love that we can bring the Furry Babies. We noticed some updates, which were nice! We found that some amenities we had grown accustomed to the last few years were gone. We will stay here for many years to come!

New Carlsile

We stayed here August 2022 & it was a great property. We have a large group of 18 and we fit perfectly. I definitely recommend. It’s walking distance to a sports bar and the pier, along with small shopping and an arcade. Best part is the beach is right across the street.

Cypress D was in a fantastic location to both the Ocean, Shops and Restaurants. Plus it’s a short walk to the Garden City Pier! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We have been frequenting the Garden City, Surfside and Murrells Inlet ( Myrtle Beach ) areas for years and will continue to do so.

Space meets our needs for only 2 people.
It was comfortable EXCEPT the mattress which we would recommend replacing. I would also recommend the owner add 1-2 baking pans to make pizza or cookies. Otherwise kitchen well stocked, unit clean and plenty of linens.

Statesville

The condo was very nice and clean. The only complaint is the master could use some grab bars in the shower. I wore my flip flops for extra traction. The 3rd bedroom could use a cable box especially if you are on a girls trip with no children. Loved that we didn’t have to stop at the office for check in and out. Overall a nice place to stay!

First time we have gone this late to the Surfside/Garden City area. We normally book oceanfront homes end of July, beginning of August, but this looked really good:and was. Access to the beach right across the street made for an easy walk to the ocean. With 4+ restaurants within 2 minutes walk, made for a nice selection of dining and or drinks. Would definitely book again!
