Check-in was easy and seamless. The condo was very clean and has most everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation overlooking the beach. The private hot tube was awesome and enjoyed every day/evening. We cooked a number of meals during the week and enjoyed eating out on the terrace in the evening with a nice breeze blowing. Can't wait to do it again next year!!

Condo was very clean. Furniture was a little dated but still comfortable and did I mention clean? Washer and dryer were very small so don’t expect to wash a big load. Parking was very tight. This unit is right in front of the elevator which worked well for us because my mom uses a walker. However, she stayed in the 2nd bedroom and said the hallway light was very bright inside the room. They had great room darkening shades on the beach side. It might be a good idea to get some curtains for that room as well. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely rent again!

We stayed at this wonderful condo 1 1/2 weeks ago. We have already booked it for 2 weeks next year. The condo was very clean. Garden City Realty was absolutely wonderful to work with. The building only has 9 units, so not a lot of people. The master bed was very comfortable(I am very picky). The balcony is huge and it has direct access off the balcony to the beach. No going around the building to get your toes in the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. They recently did some updates and they did a good job. If I have anything negative to say is that the corner turn style cabinet smelled very musty and I wouldn’t put anything in it (again, I’m picky) I do wish they turned the broom closet into an actual pantry with shelves. It would have given us a little more space to store things. I’m the second bathroom cabinet could use a little updating as well. It’s located not too far from the pier and we were able to walk to it with no problem. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Nice, clean house. Short, easy walk to beach access right at the end of the street. There was a cart at the house to load all your beach gear on. House was very dog friendly. Not a lot of knick knacks and things for them to knock over with their tails. Front porch has a gate at the top of the stairs.
