Although the cottage overall was well maintained the carpet is really disgusting. There are multiple stains everywhere. We attempted to clean the worst one that has been there since our last stay. They carpets really need to be cleaned badly....not sanitary.

Wonderful house on the beach! The owners have thought of everything to make this a convenient, comfortable, home away from home. With the pool being located under the house it received no sun and was so cold it was not used-even though we were there when the outside temps were in the would have been nice to have the option of having the pool heated.

We had a very nice vacation. I have been coming to Murrell's Inlet every summer for the past 43 years and have, obviously, enjoyed it very much. Marsh Oak was a very nice house, very nicely furnished and fitted and we very much appreciated the quality of the appliances, TVs, and bedding.

The condo is not sound resistant enough. The upstairs occupants were noisy running & jumping up and down the hall. Apparently had several children. I know also that they rented from a different agency.

You can’t beat the location!
House layout was a little tight in kitchen and dining area. Bathrooms were outdated and odd that laundry was outside of the house.
But dock and location of beach was a big hit with family!

This was our second year at the Rusty Pelican and we have already put a deposit down for next year. the house is perfect for our family. We bring our boat and the dock is great. Also the pool is a nice size and the decks and Gazebo are just extras.

Really liked this unit. We normally stay in one of the high rise condos. Not anymore, this was way better. We had one issue where the kitchen drain started leaking very bad. Called maintenance and they were there in 1/2 hour. Great response. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent spot, beautiful view, amazing condo! We have always rented houses but there was only our immediate family and not extended like usual so the condo was perfect for us. Despite their concerns for guest over short staffing due to pandemic issues, Surfmaster was safe, well maintained, clean, had a friendly staff and accommodating. Special thanks to Garden City Rental - their updated methods made the transaction from start to finish so painless and super easy with new technology and electronic check in etc. Literally a breeze! We were so impressed with everything! This unit is a gem. The owners have pride and it shows. Thank you for opening your home. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!
