We had a great week in Garden City. 16 people in our party and we all stayed at the Sea Master complex. Our unit was clean but needs some repairs and replacement items. Balcony furniture needs replacing.. The kitchen could use an upgrade. The staff was very helpful as we had an issue with parking passes, problem resolved quickly. All in all we had a great week as always. We've been coming to Garden City for over 30 years and love the area. We'll be back next year !!

108 is definitely the best located room that we have stayed at so far. We loved being on the first floor versus the higher floors as taking the steps one flight was way better than always waiting on the elevator! We also liked the view from the 1st floor better which I found very strange! The room itself was mostly awesome, too. The kids loved the bunk beds in the middle bedroom and having 3 bedrooms was also great! The pictures definitely do the room justice but there were a couple things that need some attention. The TV in the LR had a dark spot running from top to bottom near the middle of the screen that was about 6 to 8 inches wide. Not a huge deal as we barely watched it during the day anyways. The other issue was all of the breakable trinkets decorating the suite that small children can grab and break! Not a deal breaker by any means but we had to do move a lot of things out of reach and my 3 year-old still broke a decoration! There is a really cool sail boat hanging from the wall in the kids bedroom that was barely hanging on to the silly picture hangers that were used. I get wanting to make it look nice but sometimes less is better. Otherwise a great room and we're sad that we won't need it in the future.

Our family had a great time . We enjoyed the house . It was spacious and accommidated the 12 of us very well!!

Overall we loved the house. It was closer to the beach than expected and equipped with everything needed to make it a wonderful vacation. This home offered plenty of space. The pool area was the favorite spot to relax after a long day on the beach. Surfside beach is our favorite spot due to not being as crowded and much cleaner beaches. Would recommend the Pirates Voyage while visiting especially with kids.

Overall nice stay. Condo floors were swept but not mopped. We had to wear shoes at all times because if not your feet and socks would become extremely soiled. Several pillows had stains on them. Condo needs small trash cans in bedrooms and family room.

We rented four condo's for the same week, 101, 301, 204, and Penthouse B All of the units except 204 were very nice, great views of the beach and ocean. We would never ever rent 204 again. Garden City mgmt.responded to our request promptly. See 204 review for our comments

We Love One Ocean Place. We have been staying here for over 25 years now. Will not stay anywhere else. We always stay in different units on the property. This particular unit was great, however we cannot give a five star rating due to the quality of the Living Room Furniture. The Living Room Furniture is worn out and broken down. Everything else was great.

Absolutely beautiful rental. Could not ask for for a better place to stay. Clean, decorated. Kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable furniture. The best patio furniture. I thought elevators would b an issuer being on 11th floor, never had to wait and was always empty. Parking a little tight and scarce at times. Overall I would rent again, will recommend highly to reserve this gem.
